    The only thing is with certain phones you HAVE to have the data plan. Its not up to the person in the store. You are better off going in there and trading in for a decent phone that does not require one...

    One things Ive learned is that no work is above you. 8/hour is better then 0/hour and though its not a ton of money it adds up over time. It also gives you work experience and connections that can help you get a better job in the future.

    It will still be easy to get. I have a buddy out in California who literally has multiple 55 gallon barrels of it for his dune buggies. There will be ways around it.

    Different universities have different policies. If you go to a legit school they should have that policy listed on their website. I know I can fill out a formal complaint, which then goes to a higher up. They mediate between the teacher and student, both presenting evidence of why said grade is deserved/not deserved.
