Interesting read. Seems like the other networks (other as in not ESPN), are starting to indirectly and somewhat directly slam ESPN for their bias. I think within the next two years we will see the fall of the SEC, and I think it starts this year with someone outside of the SEC winning the NCG whether that's FSU or OSU. The only way I really see Alabama (or someone else representing the SEC) winning it all, is if Baylor...BAYLOR goes to the NCG and chokes up a storm. B1G 19-19 against the SEC in the BCS era...interesting :megusta:

No. I think OSU is just by far the most hated team in the country. Unless we win 63-0 every game, we won't get the respect we deserve. We put up 60 points in a game we couldn't pass the ball due to windy conditions. Good thing is that if MSU and Wisconsin keep winning, and assuming we beat MSU in the B1G championship, that will be two top 15 wins.

Big win yesterday @Marquette. Our defense, and good guard play should keep us in every game this year. Still need someone to step up as a go to scorer though since Ross won't.

Florida looked better yesterday against South Carolina. Maybe there's an outside shot they upset FSU. When I say outside shot, I mean like a half court jumper...our best shot is if Bama loses to auburn or the SEC title game, because FSU will be playing Duke...DUKE in the ACC championship :dumb:

63-7 today. Indiana put up 700 yards against them, lets not get out gained by IU. It will be windy though which could throw a kink in the system a little.

Well obviously there are the exceptions lol. But let's be real...lol

I'm guessing most college football players at major colleges go for a communications degree or a basic liberal arts degree. There are exceptions, but it would be tough to be success in an engineering or medical major given the amount of time football workouts and training takes, plus study time. Everyone I know in either of those majors live in the lab/library.

Figured I'd make a thread to keep up with college basketball stories, headlines, and the Buckeyes. Ohio State looks to be on the right path again this year, improving to 2-0 last night against the Bobcats. The Big Ten seems to be just as dominant, if not more dominant this year. Michigan State took down #1 Kentucky, Wisconsin took down #11 Florida. I'm hoping Ross can step it up, he's looked a bit sluggish to start. Loving seems promising, along with Amir who had a good game against a quality opponent. Craft doing his thing playing solid defense and missing layups. Thompson coming off the bench was a bit of a surprise, but he adds a nice spark.

Explain why two average Big 12 teams went to the SEC and had immediate success then. The Big 12 is looked at as as bad, or worse than the B1G.

You should probably just stop. Thinking the OSU team right now is the same as the beginning of the year makes you sound dumb. We're firing on all cylinders right now. We will walk through the next 4 games without skipping a beat. People like yourself are the only reason we're not in control of our own destiny.
