It's crazy. A lot of the top basketball writers had us finishing 8th-12th in the B1G. Not saying it can't happen, but I'm sure those same writers didn't expect this start. Don't doubt Holtmann. Unlike Matta, Holtmann can make mediocre players good and good players great. Matta was an excellent recruiter but a poor player developer. Holtmann's in game coaching is also very impressive. Next years team should be pre-season top 5 with the talent they have coming in along with the returning starters on this team.

I think I said it on here a while back that if ND goes 12-0 and you're deciding between them or a 12-1 conference champ/s then you need to throw out the 1 loss by the conference champ/s and compare the 12 wins. I'm sick of Notre Dame getting a pass because of refusal to join a conference based on pure greed. You want to be treated like an equal? Join a conference. You think Army or BYU would get the benefit of the doubt if they went 12-0 as an independent? Hell no.

By watching gameday and ESPN this morning you would have thought it was a 11-0 #1 ranked Michigan team playing a 2-9 Buckeyes team with the program in shambles. Glad we could prove we ARE STILL the class of the B1G

OSU/Michigan will be a close game I think. It almost always is regardless of which team is down/up. Although it looks like there are signs that this team has essentially given up. They’re competing with talent alone and no real drive or desire. At least that’s how it seems

From personal experience, a lot of these liberals are the same ones who were preaching "acceptance" for everyone regardless of age, gender, race, social status, etc. but in the same breath they call everyone who doesn't agree with them on an issue a racist, bigot, etc. This is why Trump will win again in 2020. Some great games on right now and tonight I think Northwestern has hit their typical mid season form which is a top 20 team. Hoping they can knock off ND. I think it will be a good game either way. Excited to see Tua play a real defense. That game will be a close, low scoring game or Bama will run away with it. It comes down to LSU’s defense. I heard a stat that 42 of 56 drives with Tua starting have ended in touchdowns and 7 have ended with FGs. That’s just nuts.

Nice to see our running game pick it up a bit. Doesn’t tell us much against Nebraska’s horrible rush defense though. We will find out more next week when we play the #1 rush defense in the country
