if I do get the twin loops how do I hook up both? there is only one "outlet " route. or should I try to sell one?

So.. the maxima's exhaust broke the other day, and when I crawled under to look at it, the flex pipe that connects the y-pipe and cat has fallen off. Essentially im running open headers with a down pipe... I guess? The cat i believe needs replaced since the O2 sensor blew out and there are no threads on the sensor anymore, it is kinda stuffed in there however. Looking at the bolts on the entire system there are no threads on any bolt except the clamp which looks as though it has been replaced recently. My question is should I buy another flex pipe and say whatever, or should I replace the entire system? I have been pricing parts to replace the system on ebay, and of course the only pipe i haven't found on there is the one that broke.. I found an ebay cat for between $50-80, and two twin loop mufflers for $63. just need all the connecting pipes, a replacement y pipe is 225. Thoughts? Its really loud now and pops and crackles when slowing down. Was cool at first now just annoying.

talked to my dad the other day. he's fine for us playing there if we want. only rule is no hiding behind the hornet or shooting towards the cars.

im surprised it only has 813 hp. I know thats still a huge amount, but with a 6 rotor i thought they would shoot for over 1000

that's all I know. for sale sign just says mud truck and flatbed. truck looks to be a 1/2 ton on super swampers. lifted about 6-9" with a 350? headers run through the hood. flatbed I'm guessing to be 3/4-1 ton due to size of mud truck.

a guy parked them out infront of Autozone on 79, needs to sell by Monday for lawyer cost. its a 5 spd. and I was until I fixed it.

In the maxima the vehicle speed sensor is leaking and I'm going to replace it, but I had to figure out what gear oil I needed. I read on the maxima forum that it uses gl-4 80w90, and someone said gl4 only not any that say multiple gl's. I was wanting other opinions. we have gl4/5 here at work in both lucas and royal purple. I looked at those brands because of them being higher end and trustable. we do not carry just gl4.

so.. having never driven down a drag strip, is it hard to keep it straight? not being a dick it just seems that in all drag race videos they are all over the track.

I signed up to test drive a ford at the autoshow and receive $50, and was wondering if anyone can guarantee a v8 test drive? I did this last year at Matthews Ford and they gave me a v6 mustang. When I signed up I selected the mustang and the focus st as the cars I am interested in. If possible I would like to try both :masturboy: If not thats fine and I don't want anyone to try to and get in trouble, 50 bucks isnt worth someone losing a job. Thanks
