If I climb on the roof I can see the water. So technically it is lake view property. haha The entrance to North Shore Park is about 150 yards away. We are on 1st street.

Moving from Newark to Buckeye Lake. No pictures yet. I will make a "build thread' as we go. Currently waiting on previous tenants to finish moving out their items then the fun begins.

What about early 90s skylines? They can be had for the 8-12k range and the early ones are legal to import now.

We have a couple Hellcat Challengers, They are 2016's and as of Saturday we had 3, and was told by a salesman that they were under invoice. But I am in parts, so I recommend asking for Jesse if you call about them.

Instead of replacing the cabinets you may want look at paiting the entire cabinet or just the doors, or even replacing the doors and hardware. Easy and quick way to update your cabinets a bit (unless they are seriously damaged). Replacing cabinets even yourself can get real expensive real quick.
The cabinet/sink setup is a corner design. The Father in law wants to move it over to under the window. They have had a leaking line under the floor so long that when you walk on the floor water squishes out of the floor. So that one is going to be fun.

How much for the motor? A co-worker has an 08 that needs a new motor in it.

We are getting ready to purchase a house that needs some minor updates and changes. The biggest being a tub installed and the stand-up shower removed. I've googled and everything tries to point me to stupid pinterest. Anyone have any good diy websites they know of? Or just basic general info on making a tub frame that we would like to incorporate some storage into.
The list of things that need done are:
Tub
New tile on kitchen floor- were cheating and using stick on.
painting
remove carpet in hallway and replace with ? -still deciding on either tile, linoleum, or some easy form of hardwood flooring.
Privacy fence around the backyard probably be next summers project.
One we get our house move in ready I get the fun job of tearing up and redoing the MIL kitchen floor and possibly changing the cabinets out. So any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

For my birthday, the wife and I went to the Texas de Brazil place in Easton. Food was delicious and they walk around with meat on skewers to refill your plate as much as you want. There is a salad bar with many options of different foods not normally seen at a regular salad bar. While on the higher price side for dinner, we paid 150-ish, there is a cheaper lunch option as well. They do have soft drinks as well as alcoholic drinks. But the alcoholic ones seemed to be way stronger than any other place I have been. But I am a lightweight and drink the fruity drinks anyway.

My Overwatch comment was supposed to be along the lines of a previous comment about the videos and taking so long to reveal.

If anyone here plays Overwatch, there was an ARG for the release of a new character, It went on for months. People had to decode encrypted pictures and text. Look up Rhykker? on youtube he has videos about it.

Pay out $2,000 in tax. Fuck your fat pig of a wife. Receive $8,000 refund. Profit.
'Merica 101.
I'm hoping thats just a generalized thought... not directed at anyone.

Nice. I took over part of our laundry room and made a "shop". It already had a pegboard section on the wall, works perfectly to hold shells and tires while working.

You though the best investment if my tax money (Im sorry but if you are getting an "earned income tax credit" you didn't earn that god damn money) is to buy a fucking RC car?
This is whats wrong with America.
Don't worry, the rest of your money went to Disney. Thank you!! :gabe:

First time that I saw any hobby grade rc's were at monster jam in columbus. A guy had a clod that he called bigfoot. Then there were the nitros running on the course during intermission. My parents looked into them but were skeptical of the high cost. The wife bought the two kids and I New Bright Grave Digger trucks. But the wont move in hard packed dirt. So last tax season I jumped into the hobby with the bigger is better attitude. While nice and fun I have no room and the big truck just sat on the shelf.

Retitle the thread "Here's why I'm a virgin"
Nah. High school band and the horrible glasses I used to wear took care of that.

Last year I jumped into the RC world by purchasing a Traxxas Summit 1/10th scale truck and a Redcat GroundPounder monster truck. Then during the summer I created a mini crawling course in the backyard for future trucks. Since then I have acquired a MST drift car and a SCX10 Honcho truck, traded the Summit for the Honcho. I loved the Summit and hope to get another in the future when we have more land to run it on. Here are some pictures of the course and vehicles. Anyone else here mess with this hobby?
First the course I built
First climbing spot
Then across the platform and down the rocks
The pass-through under the platform
Across the log
Currently working on a "dry riverbed" to go through
Second climbing zone
Narrow pass-for the 1:10th scales
This is where it stayed at the end of the summer, the other day I mad an area with two jumps and donut spot for the monster truck
Now on to the vehicles
The Summit- way too big for a small yard
The monster truck
The drifter
The SCX10 Crawler
Future vehicles are the 1:35th scale Orlando F150 and Wrangler scale crawler kits.

Slightly off topic discussion, since there is going to be an AWD hellcat. Stock for Stock GTR vs Hellcat AWD. Which would have the advantage?
-
Debate we are having at work and I can't seem to find a straight answer... Is it going to be AWD? I read a thing on Jalopnic? that said maybe. Has there been any confirmation on that?
If so I would love to see that in the charger platform, maybe bring back the daytona again, but better.

This was on youtube, any credibility to it?

Helmet is most definitely for protecting your head from hitting hard things in the car (even non-cage cars) and not from loose crap. Many accidents are strong enough that your head will contact the door frame, roof, or B pillar if you have one.
Eye protection is always a good idea but hard to reinforce. I've been caught with stuff coming in the car during normal driving while my visor was up. You'd be surprised how much tire slag comes off of car with sticky rubber.
The wife was in a really bad accident a long time ago shortly after getting her license. Stop sign on a blind intersection-hill to the right and downhill curve into trees to the left- she was hit in the passenger side by a dude going 60 in a 35 and hit her head on the passenger side door.
