  1. Hey everyone- I have this camera system for sale, brand new, never used. I bought it to protect my rentals but realized that it'll be a pain in the ass to install/reinstall every time I switch to the next rehab (which is why I'm just going with a couple of Nest systems). This unit appears to no longer really be made. Prices are anywhere from $350-$600, but it's just been sitting in my basement since I opened it. Again, brand new, never used. I am asking $200, which is basically of the cheapest price I could find. ($350 on ebay...most are $500+). I really just want it gone, it's doing me no good. All the details are here: http://www.savinglots.com/lotprod.asp?item=LH03081TC4W&gclid=CjwKEAjw3pTJBRChgZ3e7s_YhAkSJAASG9VrxZquHqJJ3TY5ZiUdJ8J_fVz4TKY4mF2kWxjKORYhxxoC5rrw_wcB
  2. Nice- yeah, I passed due to rust. He also pissed me off by offering it for sale for 4k and then when we were talking he told me $4,500.
  3. Yeah. He sold it though.
  4. Damn, that is one torque MOFO. Great numbers!
  5. My girlfriends sister just got a 2015 4runner...it's a fucking beautiful tank. 50k miles and she paid 26k. Fully loaded everything, 3rd road was big enough for me to have a small party.
  6. Yeah, then we go back to the initial thing where I don't want to spend more than 10k unless it's replacing my DD.
  7. Damn that thing is sweet. If I could actually use it as a truck I'd consider it. But with the rentals, that thing would be dragging tires after a few hundred pounds.
  8. Man, I've been really struggling with this lately haha. I have been HEAVILY looking into a 2011+ CTS-V, but these bitches are still 35-40k all day long. Honestly, my sticking point is the MPG. Even though I don't drive in traffic much anymore (which is why I'm open to a manual), I still drive quite a bit for my rentals. I feel like 13/14mpg will get annoying real quick. I was supposed to look at a black MR2 yesterday (1991 with a Japanese engine and 93+trans/LSD and brakes) for 4k but it was fairly rusty. I'm still considering modding the ATS. It is a fun car, AWD, good gas mileage, and my payment is only $278 a month.
  9. That's actually pretty cool. I've always wondered how these things work.
  10. Did you go test drive the one in the original post?
  11. Good call! I just got on Mr2.com to check some out and there are cleaner ones for a similar price. Unfortunately, most appear to be 91/92. I'll keep an eye out to see if I can get a clean 93+ for that 5-7k range.
  12. This appears to be a good deal if I could get it for 6k: https://altoona.craigslist.org/cto/6122725471.html
  13. Edit: None of them were turbo'd. Fuck that makes a huge difference in price haha.
  14. If I do, I might try to find a 2010 or so. I'm having a tough time swallowing the pill of a $700 a month car payment with the 2013+ Definitely- I've always had a thing for MR2's. I'll see what I can find!
  15. That's a fine looking piece of machinery for the price.
  16. Yeah lol, you got me there. Still, I'd choose a purple car over gold 100x over again. Maybe in 40 years the gold will stick.
  17. I really can't go over 10-12k if it's not replacing my DD, and I sure as hell am not DD'ing a 720rwhp F body lol. I've been looking at some M3's lately. Fuck they're expensive.
  18. Car is fast. Car has mats. Car made 441. Car. Car. Car.
  19. Yeah, I've never driven a car over 130hp! :dumb: Fuck man, if that thing was any other color than gold I'd be interested. IDK if I could live with myself.
  20. Couldn't agree more. I get shit from my friends (and CR) about going through cars and losing 1-2k on them each time. I work to have fun. What else is the purpose? Unmarried, no kids- this is what I like to do. Is it the most financially responsible thing I do? Fuck no. But I'm 27 and do really well for myself because I work hard. Damn, that's a great call. I'd rock one of these for sure. I can't seem to shake the CTS-V bug. You get so much car for the money it's unreal. The mpg thing is the only hangup, because I do drive 10-12k miles a year with my rental properties, but that's just the cost of ownership. Stay tuned.
  21. Lol good point. Yes, too much power to DD, BUT, I was sitting in traffic every day, bumper to bumper. Now, I drive 6 miles to work, all city roads and the only freeway driving I do is "pleasure". The S4 was a manual, and for a DD, it's not what I want either way. Honest to God, I RARELY sit in traffic anymore. It used to be a daily thing. If I got a CTS-V it would be an automatic anyway.
  22. Yeah, was probably a mcsteak to get rid of it. I also made 50% less money than I do now.
  23. The reason it went from 10k to 40-50k is because I can replace my DD (ATS) with a more fun car. Right now I'm looking at S4's , A7's and of course, CTS-V's. If I keep the ATS, it's that 10-12k range. I need some fucking speed in my life. The ATS is a perfect DD, but it doesn't satisfy the speed craving. I would actually make love to this car: http://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-sale/vehicledetails.xhtml?listingId=455609520&zip=43205&referrer=%2Fcars-for-sale%2Fsearchresults.xhtml%3Fzip%3D43205%26showcaseOwnerId%3D67968%26startYear%3D1981%26sortBy%3DderivedpriceDESC%26maxPrice%3D50000%26incremental%3Dall%26firstRecord%3D0%26endYear%3D2018%26modelCodeList%3DCTS%26makeCodeList%3DCAD%26searchRadius%3D200%26trimCodeList%3DCTS%257CV&startYear=1981&numRecords=25&maxPrice=50000&firstRecord=0&endYear=2018&modelCodeList=CTS&makeCodeList=CAD&searchRadius=200&makeCode1=CAD&modelCode1=CTS
