Finally cut the cord yesterday, woot! New house will have: Netflix ($10) Hulu (account share) HBO GO (account share) SlingTV ($20) Internet ($26 Drops my bill about $40 a month. Nothing crazy, because I loved DirectTv, I just never watch it so saving $40 a month is a big plus.

Dude, go find a storage unit at an apartment complex. I found a place downtown that was renting a 10x10 for $130. I got a 10x20 garage at a local apartment complex for $65 a month.

Well, this bitch closed last night. FINALLY. Met the sellers at closing and they were awesome- they have lots of extra material left that they're going to give me since they know I do rehabs. Also, I'm excited because they just bought the house directly across the street, so that'll help raise values on my street. I have spent the last two weekends moving stuff out of my old house and into a storage unit, so I said fuck it and got movers for this weekend. It was only $300 and well worth not having to carry that washer and dryer down the basement. That alone is worth $300 to me.

Yes, he was a co-founder. He sold his share about 18 months ago as a mutual decision. He still speaks highly about them so I think it was a good thing.

Cory is a good, good dude. I have tweeted with him back and forth for a few years and he's always so willing to help. He invited me out to OSG a few times to lift but it was always too far with work (Hilliard to Pataskala). I am big fan of him personally and professionally- he's built an empire on clear lifting and true dedication.

It now goes from 8GB right to unlimited. That does include $36 a month for my new phone. My portion went from $40 to $15 because I signed a contract, then +$36 for the phone so really it went from $40 to $51 (up $11).

Damn, annoying as hell. Went to Verizon last night and got an Iphone 7+ and wanted to switch to unlimited data. Like I said, my parents use zero data and it ended up being like $45 more a month to go to unlimited ($222 a month for 3 fucking people). Long story short, I just upgraded to 8GB over 6GB for an extra $13 a month.

Where was this? I did laser tag at the go-kart place off 70 (GP Indoors I think?) and it was fun as hell. $15 for 3 rounds and we had enough people to make up a whole team except 1 other person, so it was a lot of fun. Definitely plan to go back.

I'm still on my parents plan (LOL) and we pay $178 a month for 3 phones, 6 GB of data. Meeting them at Verizon tonight to switch over. Even if it's the same price, we'll get unlimited data. They use zero data at all, so I get all 6GB and I've went over the last few months which brings our bill to $194. I'm also due up for a new phone.
