I'm not really sure what's funny? The engine is built (stroked to 2.3L, pistons, rods, etc. etc.) for over 700hp, just not all the supporting mods. The car by all accounts, is built. Just not built in comparison to the engine.

Serious question- did you update your insurance policy to indicate it was vacant? Any house that I own that sits vacant for more than 30 days requires additional insurance (I rehab and rent properties as a side business). Hate to say this, but if they deny fault, you may be up shits creek.

One of my biggest pet peeves in life is people bitching about things that they can control. You took the first step in taking control of a controllable situation, and ultimately your life.
