  1. So does he remember the absolute ass kicking Alabama received last year by a backup QB in the Sugar Bowl? Just like this year, the final score was a lot closer than the game truly was. This year, change just one of our stupid first quarter mistakes and it's 14 or 21 point win. Fuck the media lovefest with the SEC. I respect them as a conference, and truly do think that top to bottom they're likely the best, but they're not immortal beings who piss liquid gold like this cocksucker Gary Danielson wants to spew.
  2. Yeah I just can't get into the NFL like I can college ball. EDIT: Andy Dalton going to the Pro Bowl is the best argument for ending the Pro Bowl I’ve seen yet. — Michael Schottey (@Schottey) January 20, 2015 This. And I "like" the Bengals.
  3. My grandparents have a 2010ish Honda Odyssey with 200k on it (they live near Hillsboro, OH, so literally every time they leave the garage it's 30+ miles on the vehicle, and gobs more if they want to go to an actual city) and it runs like a champ. Zero issues, just regular vehicle maintenance. It's pretty nicely loaded, super comfy, quite roomy, and gets great gas mileage for a vehicle so "big".
  4. Yep. Tattoos didn't prevent us from beating Arkansas in the Sugar Bowl in... 2011?
  5. Anyone have the recording of the spidercam thing? Zack maybe?
  6. The only thing more hilarious, would have been him wearing a generic NFL t-shirt and/or beanie. And a "I've chosen to take my talents... back to Columbus, where I will return to class on Tuesday." I would have straight lost my shit.
  7. Also, does this mean Michael Thomas is returning too?
  8. True that. I'm in shock, coming out to that fucking Drake song was the final nail for me and he flipped right back around to come back to school. I can't help but think something came up in the final moments -- you don't make a press conference to announce you're returning. Any way, this is a nice turn. This Cardale is ridiculously humble. I love it. GREAT fucking day to be a Buckeye! And I'll +1 Braxton being gone next year, or accepting a Guyton role. And that sucks so much on the heartstrings, but the things that this team has done this year are absolutely incredible. 30 for 30 for damn sure.
  9. I can't help but feel he got cold feet right before the conference. Something was blowing up his phone even as he sat down. Either way, HOLY BUCKEYES! This Cardale Jones has definitely grown up since "We ain't come to play school". On that note, why the fuck isn't he in class right now?
  10. He is a troll. Stranger things have definitely happened! *fingers crossed*
  11. He would be stupid not too. I'd love to see him stay, there's a lot we could do with him and Barrett in the backfield, but his draft stock only goes down from here, not up. Leaving on a healthy note with damn good game tape and a ring over other NFL prospects is about the best thing he can do for his family. Absolute worst case, he gets a scouting team gig making 6 figures.
  12. Yep, this spot is JT Barrett's to lose. Cardale is smart. I'll be sad to see him go, but eternally grateful for what he's done. Three games to become an OSU legend. That said, Barrett is my early Heisman favorite. If he has a season even remotely similar to this season, he'll win it in a landslide. It's a great time to be a Buckeye!
  13. I'll be at Tequila Cowboy if anyone wants to take pity shots whenever the Ducks score.
  14. 2006 tOSU would wipe the floor with this team too, IMO. We're good, but I don't think this is a dynasty-level greatness we're seeing. Not yet.
  15. Brosciencelife is hilarious, and you don't even need to be a gym rat to enjoy his humor.
  16. We need to score more points to win the game.
  17. I'm spiking my coffee at work. Time to get this party started. Go Bucks!
  18. High-11 seconds on a bike is stupid slow. Furthermore, the rider clearly doesn't know how to race (shifting 4 times in like 7 seconds? Not tucking your body? Nope.). I'm sure that even in a perfect world, this Bel-Air would still beat this bike, but any 600cc supersport would walk this thing for breakfast without even trying.
  19. Agreed, at least with (most) trade school tracts you're getting a skill that, AT THE VERY LEAST, you can do something to improve your own life with. Arguably, a business degree, for example, does nothing without a job.
  20. This x1002193481298012983091283091823. The wealth gap issue is purely at the hands of those at the top, and an associate's degree won't turn Shontae Douglas-Wallace into a CEO. She'll still work at McDonald's, flipping burgers.
  21. When everyone has an associate's, nobody does. This is great in theory, but the reality is it's just going to create more disparity between the haves and the have nots, all funded by the working middle class, once again.
  22. Agreed. I'd hate to see him leave after all the work he's put in to keep this team on the map during what should have been rebuilding years, but next year is an absolute clusterfuck. I'd say it's pretty reasonable to say we could work 2 QBs in, but there's no way we're going to a triple option 3 QB system for ONE year. And maybe my memory may be tainted, but I like to think that Jones and Barrett are both actually better physical specimens than Miller. He'd REALLY have his work cut out for him to start next year after not being able to throw a football for the past 12 months. JT or Cardale are the future (I'm inclined to say Cardale if he can give us one more amazing game with smart decisions and minimal mistakes). Kenny G style respect to Braxton if he stays though.
  23. I'm still in favor of turning the entire middle east into the world's largest Disney swimming pool. I swear "those people" are more fucked up in the head than the James Holmes, ect., that we make a big fuss about over here.
  24. So what's everyone doing for the game? Being on a Monday nowhere near a holiday kinda sucks, but I took Tuesday off regardless. CR meetup?
