Theoretically, my car is able to achieve a top speed of 163 Mph in 5th gear at 6500 RPMS with my W58 tranny and 3.73 diff, but does that mean it can actually do it? There are so many other variables, that others have already explained very well. Without these variables, I could swap the diff to 3.42's and have a top speed of 178! So can I brag that my origami inspired 80's designed flat wedged car does 163 MPH??? Of course not, because it never would!! And there is no way in hell I would trust my life to my 30 year old suspension parts and bushings, let alone your salvaged vette.

60MPH is one mile per minute, 120MPH is 2 x 60mph so we can cut that original figure of 1 mile per minute in half, equaling 1 mile per 30 seconds, now following this formula, how the hell is 180MPH double the 120MPH needed to cut it in half again? Going on the formula you provided, 60MPH equals 1 mile per minute. Double 60MPH = 120MPH, so cut the original miles traveled from the 60MPH calculation in half and now one mile is achieved in 30 seconds. Next step in this formula would be to obviously double 120MPH which equals 240MPH, then we can cut the traveled distance in half again from 30 seconds per mile traveled to 15 seconds per mile traveled. 120 x 2 does not equal 180. Have owned them both. The 7M is not garbage, until it is compared to the JZ. Actually the 7M is one of the cheapest ways to make power, due to their bad reputation, and factory under torqued head bolts. I would never suggest that they are even close to the best motor, but the price of them makes them pretty potent in the right car. The 7M really sucks in its native MKIII environment, due to that car weighing damn near 4k lbs! It was a blast in my 3k lb MKII.

Its populated because of the racers, theres not many bystanders in that area at those times on the weekend. Its kind of an "everyone knows" situation... Actually, its normally more heavily populated than in that vid (that was very late in the AM), by racers of course, a lot of them coming straight off the mid ohio track. Of course the teenagers flock there as well.

They are your enemies when you can't hook.... Plenty of EVO's there that are not scared of a redlight or stop sign, no rolling races here, you gotta build your car for street....

Doesn't matter if its snitched, the cops have known this for years... Its nothing new. The only reason its not controlled, is because they have accepted that they cannot control the amount of people coming, vs supporting the drug/murder problems occurring in the city. There are many videos on youtube of donuts/drags going on in the streets, while a cop sits at idle watching. They show a presence more for the violence that can erupt at this hangout. This all started back in the days, when Mansfield decided to host "bike week" after mid ohio events. Even during the 90's an alcohol funny car was allowed to go down the strip (legally) during bike week. Once they set the location, and allowed it to happen, weekends have never changed, and they can't control it... So they stand by for fights/shootings/and guaranteed accidents (mostly from bikes). Its not bad, and fun as fuck, if you just cruise and race. I would not recommend parking and trying to make fake friends, bad idea...

Park ave, Mansfield. Goes on every weekend, and has been for 50+ years! Cops are reasonable, a lot of people drive from all around the state just for this strip...

Hmmmm, they are already priced pretty good considering they are the USDM 2J turbos, wasn't really expecting to have to negotiate... I will think it over. On a side note, I do also have the JDM twins, that also boost great with very little shaft play, only thing is, they do blow oil. If thats an option for him, I would take $100 for the JDM's BTW, the JDM's even blowing a little film of oil put down 390 HP and 415TQ on the dyno, they absolutely boost fine!

Why is it not mentioned in the ad that it has engine problems? Blown headgasket with less than 500 miles on the head? Its possible if the shop or person used factory Toyota TQ specs... If the gasket blew, than bearings will need changed, any coolant touching them in these 7M's will ruin them...
