I have a '01 Durango and the drivers side mirror dims. It is annoying to only have the rearview dim, when cars are behind you, you still get blinded when their brights are on.

70 Cuda for my dad (not his first car, but the first one I can remember him telling me he had) and a 65 mustang for my mom.

Try living in the city, I've seen 4 in 5 minutes before. Fucking people too lazy to replace a headlight. This technology seems pretty cool, reminds me of the system that lights around the rain (was some sort of prototype at the time).

I would start at home to start building a small customer base, then when funds allow I would start with a small shop and build from there.

Right around 100k last I checked, but its been a few years and I don't think that included a Sunday licence. You could prolly buy the remainder of one from someone selling a bar provided your buying the bar from them too.

Put half into my 401(k)/ira use the other half to try to start a small business, preferably wrenching on cars. If it doesn't work out, I would still have the other half building money for retirement.

I don't have much to add as I agree with others that according to the HOA you did nothing wrong (and thus should be protected), but I'm wondering why she would be so bothered by you working on your car with the garage door open. Were you being excessivly loud or doing it so late at night as to disturb her? It just sounds to me like she is a little batty, but if it were late enough at night I suppose that could be held against you.
