  1. Clay, buy my manual and AWD station wagon.
  2. I have my own connection and way for tires, but not necessarily "CR tire guy". Are you looking for race tires or street tires?
  3. Are you going to bring enough for everyone?
  4. I think I have a friend who could use the pads. I'm checking with him.
  5. What are you planning to bring?
  6. The funny irony in my case is that the car has race tires for wet conditions.
  7. Corvette Troy sells hot dogs and burgers for lunch during their autox events. I presume you can. Push comes to shove, there is a strip mall relatively nearby (about 5 minutes driving) to get lunch. I can't bring a grill since I'm not bringing a trailer. I'm looking forward to your grilling
  8. One of those cars was mine. Thank you for finishing it so much earlier than I expected. Now get that FF running properly for the event
  9. Is there a list for participants? The car may get ready in time, but the shop is very busy, so I'm on status quo. So far, I'm planning to enter on the day of the event.
  10. GONE Old, flat-spotted Hoosier A7 set in 295/35/18 pair and 345/35/18 pair. Some usable life left. FREE or they will be trashed.
  11. Who are the choreographers for the autox?
  12. What are you hauling, if you didn't mind my asking? The reason for the question is that if you're planning to haul a car, the 24' is better. Trying to tie down a car in an enclosed trailer is quite a production and having that extra 4' help. Also, look for the escape hatch feature.
  13. Meijer on N Hamilton carries E85, unsure if it's still Gahanna. Otherwise, there are E85-carrying Speedway and Kroger/Turkey Hill stations near Gahanna.
  14. Here is a shorter drive. I work for Toyota Direct and I can get used, old tires for you. Any certain size (OD and width) are you looking for?
  15. Clay - I have access to Amsoil wholesale pricing if that is what you choose.
  16. I use this method even though I don't pump the clutch pedal so many times. The fluid is replaced every time it looks "wrong" and the time interval is sometimes only about 2 weeks of street driving. I do/have done it to my '2 Z06, '3 Z06, '5 CTS-V, and '8 Z06. I even do it to my '11 370Z although it takes a lot longer time interval. Should you do it to your '9? I would. If you're uncomfortable doing it, stop by and I can do it for you. I have a large-capacity syringe that can contain the old fluid in one stroke.
  17. Spend more and get OEM radiator or upgrade. The Spectra brand replacement lasts about a year. There is a trick getting the radiator out due to the limited space. If you needed center caps, let me know.
  18. Try the MM4MM section ...
  19. Does anyone have a standard-length 12-mm lug bolt for a BMW (cone seat)? OEM is fine, it doesn't need to be pretty. My recently-acquired E46 is missing one.
  20. Interesting. Would aluminum frame save more weight with the same stiffness? Is it more expensive? Is viewing of these vehicles possible in the current developmental stage? I like the idea of a car with a weight range in the sub 1 (metric) tonne powered with a naturally-aspirated V8 such as an LS7 or the Ford 5.0l Coyote. Is there enough space to put in a V10? I like the choice for the suspension configuration. Keep it up, I can't wait to see it.
