The part that needs notarized is the seller's information. This is true for Ohio titles which won't be transferred to another owner residing in Ohio if not notarized. If the Ohio title was to be transferred to another state, it would depend on the laws in that state.
I just realized that the engine bay is almost a copy out of of a Solstice/Sky. Down to the air cleaner box, hose, valve cover, and throttle body. I wonder if it's the same 5-speed gearbox manufactured by Aisin with the same gearset.
Damn, that's a 55-gal tank to achieve that kind of distance. I assume the whole trunk is fuel tank. That's over double the capacity than the fuel tank in my truck.

You can always make your offer for the price shown without having to have those 3 things. I did that with my truck; the price shown on the website is not set in stone. The worst that could happen is refusal.

Exactly. With such a chance of going through the basic foundation of building a vehicle, might as well stitch/seam weld it; the builder is not short on infrastructure, skills, and equipment.
