  1. Other than maintenance, what's the problem with a column shifter?
  2. Sprint runs on CDMA and T-Mobile is on GSM. Unless it's a phone that can run both systems, it wouldn't work.
  3. Pretty cool. My wife likes her Zs, she is on an '11 370Z, previously she drove an '8 350Z.
  4. I'm planning to go, but likely not that early. Would you save me a spot?
  5. I bought mine several years ago from Greg Smith Equipment in Indianapolis. Several friends helped me with assembly.
  6. Any chance for making this the CR "get together at a show" for 2020?
  7. Currently I daily drive a '96 Corvette with a bunch of mods. It's actually a lot more fun than the '20 Tacoma I'm leasing.
  8. Don't keep it for too long, i.e. keep one under factory warranty and not the extended one either.
  9. I never had problems with DoD, but I kept my four GMT K200s (3 Sierras and a Silverado) only for one year at a time. I really enjoyed the '15 Sierra (with FFV) running E85 since I didn't like it on 93 (less power and torque). I wish I could have found one with a 6.2l FFV.
  10. What are the specs? It better to pick one out of their inventory with different minor options. Do you require heavy towing package or something?
  11. Have you checked Laura Buick GMC? No local dealer will deal like Laura, forget about supplier discount. Also, if you're not a Costco member, get one now; Costco has an automotive buying program that gives members up to $700 (Executive membership) in the form of their Cash Card when buying a GM vehicle near the end of the year. I have had the luxury of getting 4-5 of the $700 ones even with pricing better than the buying program provides. Let me know if you need details.
  12. I believe the seller owns Limerence Motor. In my understanding, the collection is small, but nicely picked. Last year, Limerence sold a RHD 1993 Daihatsu Rugger SE (F78) with very low mileage and, previously, an '85 Daihatsu Rugger (F70). Currently they have a RHD '86 Toyota Blizzard (LD21) which is basically a Rugger with a Toyota 2LT engine.
  13. I'm selling this car because I found a Toyota Matrix with a lower mileage for my son. https://columbus.craigslist.org/cto/d/westerville-2009-mitsubishi-eclipse-gs/7182348049.html Contact me at 614-Z06-VETT or 614-989-3789.
  14. The PPI results on the Rocky show disappointing photos and results, so I decided to pass. Moving on.
  15. Brent, they have RHD cars. I think their inventory is sourced only from Japan.
  16. I regularly look in BaT inventory which usually consists of RHD and USDM cars. So far, I know only one place that carries foreign-market LHD cars in the US.
  17. So far, I have not found another State-side purveyor that deals with foreign-market LHD vehicles. Communication with the dealer in NJ has proven to be not easy and the latest hurricane postponed the PPI for a week. PPI was performed yesterday and I'm still waiting for the official report. While talking on the phone, the inspector noted that the dealer owner was "snippy" which was consistent with my experience over emails. From the phone conversation, I don't like a few things that the inspector discovered but I might be able to come to term pending the official report.
  18. When mine was diagnosed with worn stem/guide, there was only a few that actually needed replacement. GM wouldn't replace the valves and, per Danny Popp's suggestion, all 8 were replaced with Ferrea stainless steel valves along with new guides. The work were done under warranty and I paid for the valves.
