The event and the grouping were rather hilarious. While Jones and Aaron were in the same group, I was in a different group with cars that my Z06 outclassed by a wide margin. The bleacher erupted with cheers and boos at the same time. Aaron gave me dirty looks everytime I cheered at Jones's clean run and I was disappointed at Sean Svenson's runs littered with cones while Aaron was doing fist pumps. Regardless, Clay managed to snag a trophy and cheered like a kid which took me by surprise.

I became an impromptu convoy leader for the cruise from Easton to CC&C today and I kept speeds conservative for the most highway route. It's in my mind for the whole weekend.

I'm not sure which engine it has because the 5.3l refers to a V8 but the inline 6 has a 4.2l displacement. So, which engine? Transmission is likely 4L60E either way. A quart every 1,500 miles is considered within tolerance for a GM; try again when oil consumption is a quart for less than 1,000 miles.
