  1. Actually yenner OU was ranked 14 at the time they played OSU not 7th. And when Buckeyes played OU they had lost to Houston and then beat some no name team before losing to the Buckeyes. Stellar
  2. I shot my first crossbow today and thought of this thread. I'm by no means an outdoors person and have never hunted ever. Shot a firearm a few times but nothing serious. Was at field and stream with my father In law and decided I wanted to try it out. Needless to say I'm hooked on shooting these things. Now I'm hunting for a good deal on a crossbow and want to start hunting. I'm leaning towards the wicked ridge but I've heard nothing but good things about barnetts. I shot a Barnett recurve today and grouped the arrows within an inch from 18 yards and with the wicked ridge I was about 2 inches apart but it was a compound and the sight wasn't set.
  3. I like how you have Oklohoma #7 but at the time they were garbage. They were 1-2 to start the season. They lost to Houston who turned out to be a bust. Really their only quality win has for Ohio state is Michigan. Wisconsin wasn't a quality win by any means (highly over rated) and then they lost to Penn ST but I noticed you didn't label that on your list. Just listed their ranking. Ohio st squeaked by the mighty Michigan st and northwestern teams. So of the four rated teams Ohio st played they were 3-1 with Oklohoma being garbage when they played them and them losing to pen st. Bama on the other hand played a undefeated A&M team who was top ten at the time. Destroyed the garbage USC team. And handled everyone else with ease. Finished undefeated and won their conference. So yes I would say Bamas schedule is a lot better the. Ohio st's. Take away the USC game for Bama and the Oklohoma game for Ohio st because neither USC or OU were playing good football at the time, and Bamas schedule and wins look a lot better. But don't take my word for it, the entire nation agrees with me.
  4. Let's set something straight. Alabama has played good teams this year. Alabama has faced top twenty defenses all year long. So to say they played nobody is just silly. The B1G received some love this year from the media and it has been recycled. It's not like the B1G has recruited top talent over other conferences and now they are elite. They are getting praise because the SEC has had a down year. Just because the SEc had a down year and they all lost to each Other doesn't make them all garbage. Quite a few of them have top offenses and defenses. Game planning, injuries and coaching changes took place. First year coaches and or coordinators. You all saying Wisconsin is an elite team or Nebraska and made Ohio st battle tested just drink the b1g kool aid. Even the worst team ole miss would beat either of those teams.
  5. For all bowl games or just the semi's? I think in the Bama game Washington is going to strike first in the first quarter. Probably go up 10 or 14 to Bamas 0 or 3 points. Then in the second quarter and rest of the game Bama just dominates them. Bama hasn't played a good first quarter in any game this year excep the cupcakes. Final score 4x to 10 The OSU vs Clemson team is going to be which team shows up for either squad. Both have talent and can play complete games. Both have shown to be good on both sides of the ball. If Watson gets things going early on then OSU won't be able to dig themselves out. Clemson has experience though and I think you will see experience trump talent. Clemson wins by 10. Bama vs Clemson rematch in ncg. It will be more one sided then last years game. I think Bama wins by 14 this year
  6. You bought for 235 and have a mortage for 235+ but can only sell for 185. How in gods name is this an asset?
  7. What happens when you buy that house for 235k and the. Two years later it's only worth $185? Is that an asset or liability? The problem is a house SHOULD go up on value but many times values drop. Do you k ow how many of my friends bought houses in 2005-2007 in south Florida when price were sky high and now they are 100k under water. Again if you go by basic accounting then a house is an asset to most people. It's the largest purchase hey will ever make. If you think of finances from a business mind and view revenue steam you won't consider your house an asset. It's a liability all day every day
  8. No you are wrong. The whole the house is an asset is terrible way for you to view a house. It's a liability month after month, unless you are purchasing homes to flip or rent out which create a revenue stream. https://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2015/04/08/house-you-live-in-probably-a-liability-not-an-asset/
  9. It a liability. It's never an asset unless investing
  10. To bad your car purchasing isn't as successful
  11. Where in Nashville did ou end up? We are spending a good amount of time in the area now. We strongly considered making it a permanent move
  12. We started looking last January. Gave up in May. Low supply of houses in Columbus isn't good. We will resume the search this march. I'm hoeing prices and supply are a bit more in line. Last year we walked through two homes we loved. Both had been on the market for 180 days. Both went into contract before we left the front door of each showing. Hooded are in contract hours after being listed.
  13. Boy Houston really shit the bed this year.
  14. I'm glad Sarkasian will be replacing Kiffin.
  15. Good seller. Items exactly as described. Went for Barbie dream house left wanting a car detail
  16. Who k ew Barbie and American girl doll stuff would be so popular on a car forum I just went into American girl for the first time last week. Creepy as hell and my god the prices
  17. What offset? What tpms sensors? What style wheel. Might be interested. Otherwise the wheels I have I'm just going to throw snows on them and keep them as my winter wheels
  18. Awd+summer times= complete shit on these roads. The BMW is a garage queen until I get s proper set of snows
  19. Why in gods name would Lane take that job. What a moron. He should have stayed another year (but word on the street is Saban wanted him gone) or gone to LSU for a year and waited for a more prime job to open up.
  20. Guessing the buyout for Lane was way to big to head to Houston.
  21. I've had better tasting steaks at longhorn vs Mitchell's. One of the worst steaks I've ever had. Not a fan. Restaurant ambience is cool and the private room is nice but that's about it
