Truth is this probably sums it up lolhttp://i.imgur.com/W7KIz.jpg -
So are we gonna see any proof of this 8 second run on a N/A rear end? I have been trying to beat what i thought was the fastest V-8 stock suspension FC time and that is a 9.30
If you went 8's with a v-8 on a N/A rear. I guess i have a long way to go. Any ways lets see a video or something.

Man all this bad talk about marion kills me. Its not that fuckin bad. When we street race its about who can get hooked up on a road. So if we choose marion to race at and we ask for limited prep because we want to be close to a street surface. Marion sucks? I dont understand why people bash marion when its no worse then a street. I try to make something that is fun for street racers and this is all i hear. This make a person wanna keep trying real hard. No wonder there is not anything like TNL around here.
I travel all over the us with work and visit tracks. If you think marion is bad, you need to take a trip and visit a few out of state tracks. Ive also been places where racers actually have motivation to support stuff like this. Areas and people are different and this area is always last to catch on to something. Why?

Cool, yes, yes, and yes! See you there.I'm planning on coming up. Will they be running the real street and outlaw street? are the new MT's OK in the 275 class? -
Congrats man!
-
Oh yeah everybody, DONT FORGET YOUR POWER WHEELS!!!!
-
i'd think about running, but i don't see a point in going to the track if i dont' get a timeslip.
You get your half of the time slip. It just dont show on the boards. Its street racing at the track my friend.

Its the same people putting this on that do edgewater. All the rules are pretty much the same.I think it would bring a lot of people back out to the tracks...what are the time index's on prince of the street? is it 11.50 like at edgewater? -
so your telling me your the v8 fc record holder? I need some vid to believe this!YesAuto, Turbo Ls1. Rolling out of the whole to save the rear end (GXL)
-
This sounds like a good time..I wish more tracks around the area would start putting on events like TNL and edgewater regularly.
agreed 100% If we (ODRA) could just get a few sponsors on board like they have, we would have something like this.
-
matt kings throwdown would take running 8's to get anywhere, but once to the finals you negotiate for a fair race.
check out some past vids. KOTS thursday night lightz

no shit!I'd have to see that. -

8's on a N/A axle from a fc rx7?Gone 8's on an Auto, so IDK. All about the driver/application of torque -
Id imagine those break REAL easy...lolI have some Non turbos I will probably NEVER use again... -
Thanks for the offer but i just got off the phone with The DSS and im sending mine in to up grade the outers. Should be back in time for my last race.if you need a stock axle you can borrow one off my car if you want. -
No, but I do know people here have. I have talked with them about doing mine if I need them done and they told me they could do them no problem call them Monday morning. Here is the number and address:
1369 Frank Road Columbus, OH 43223 (614) 279-7734
No go. They said i could come dig thru the axles and try to match one. lol
-
Oh for sure. I would still buy a whole axle. I really only need to make one more race this year. The outter CV joint is part of the axle unless you have a specialized place that rebuilds them. For the most part you are going to find entire axlesoh and the turbo ones are ridiculous to find.
I don't even think mazdatrix carries them.
Post back if you do get that shop to do it for you. Would be good info.
Ive been tossing this around and i think im just gonna get the Driveshaft shop outer upgrade. Its always a pain to find this when they break.
I already have this kit
Frank at DSS said for 600.00 more i can have this
Just a reminder. ODRA/MCIR this friday!
