  4. He lived out at my rental house, and he did all the yard work. Place always looked fantastic. Just talked to him on Thursday as I was going out of town. You never know when stuff like this will happen, definitely reminds you to not waste a day.
  5. Lol, he hears that all the time. Whenever we go out to eat, waitresses want to take a picture with him.
  6. That's the car. Actually every car that comes from the factory these days has lots of little marks on it. I just saw a buddies Ferrari that came straight from the factory and it was the worst pain I've ever seen in my life. Lots of orange peeling and swirls. Dylan will get those out and the paint will be perfect and then we will coat it in Nanohide Ceramic coating.

  9. Park it at Easton, go to a movie, come out and gasp at what happened while you were away......call the cops.
  10. Most times, just a blade on a tractor will scrape the top off and fill the holes, no need to purchase gravel.
  11. Permits= new tax. Stop the madness.
  12. I think with the advent of Obamacare as well as the insurance industry cutting what doctors and dentists are making, they are looking for new streams of income. There is no way, prior to the cutting of reimbursements, that the number palate expander's that they do today. Every medical sector is expanding the indications of everything. I am siding with you, that in many cases it's absolutely unnecessary.
  13. My in floor radiant heat is not that expensive with propane. I keep it at 55° and it is plenty warm without a jacket, since the heat is down at the floor.
  14. No front lift for low curbs. Brakes squeal a lot, no real reason. Weird engine revving, electrical issue. Clutch issues. If you are mechanically inclined, less of a worry, but if you have to pay, it gets expensive.
  15. These are great points. I actually have eight different zones with valves that I can direct the heat too. I generally just heat the entire thing to 55° and it is more than comfortable. But you could definitely turn some of the zones off and heat just a portion of it easily. Certainly would save on your energy costs.
  16. I price the mall and radiant heat floors are the absolute best way to go. Forced air blows air all over the place and makes everything dusty, they are pretty efficient, but all the hot air ends up on the ceiling. Try to work underneath the car, and you'll be cold all the time. Radiant tubes are very efficient certainly heat well, don't blow air all over the place but the majority of the heat is on the ceiling. Radiant heat is a little more costly upfront but very very efficient and cost very little to run. They do not blow hot air all over the place and the heat is down on the floor where you need it.
  17. The Iris system from Lowe's does all of this stuff, with or without a monthly fee. The fee just allows you to do more, but not necessary. I have had MyQ for 2 years, would not live without it.

  19. Ad Persona is a special order $18k
  20. LOL, yeah does draw a bit of attention. Especially being matte yellow, people don't see many of them. I know there's 2 coupes in the United States and I think mine is the only roadster in matte yellow. The premium upcharge of the paint, is why people don't order it. Sorry your thread turned into a steakhouse foodies page........lol
  21. Yes, that's me and my buddy Tom. Kevan showed up later. That was my first time at S and W in several years. I agree with you guys, we often went there for drinks and appetizers but never ate there because we didn't feel it was that good. Absolutely love the bar and the fact that it's out on the sidewalk. Great people watching. I don't know any truth to the rumor is of how the rent is paid, but over the years the place is gotten marginal reviews. Les does not eat there very often, so that rumor may be not true. However, when we were there on Saturday night we met the new manager, he has been brought in to do a $2.7 million Dollar renovation and turn the restaurant around. He's already fired about 30 people and is a turnaround expert. He was brought in from Chicago where he has salvaged many restaurants in that area. S&W is definitely there to stay and they want it to be a top notch restaurant. I would suggest giving them another shot once they have done the renovation.
