Id get a ram like mine. Hell mine was a touch above that and has 16,000 miles, 4wd and good options WITH CPO coverage until 2021. Can tow 10,000lbs, rides awesome, super comfy and the 8 speed is rumored to be almost indestructable Bad news on WT trims is most were run hard and put away wet. I'd steer clear of anything older than 3 years and 45k miles im the 2500 range

Im not a PDR guy but I know a decent amount about it. That is not a minor hole drill and odds are it will get filler. Not only that, but now youve got a nice 1/2" hole to rust out in 6 years. Id tell them to take it back and make it right with a new one, in the exact condition a new one should be in. Dont even let it be an option that they fix it. I didn't get my trucks second key for 3 weeks, I bitched hard enough each time I went in I got filled up from E on their dime and a $50 gas card to boot. Not saying to be a super dick, or say that you aren't being assertive enough, but having been on the dealer side of this stuff too they just wanna get you get you bandaged up and quiet as quickly and cheaply as possible.

Not really good practice to tell a customer you aren't at fault in that situation. Especially when they are already unhappy. Attention was already at a laser focus on one area, the car could have had an entire door shoved in and it may have gone unnoticed by the customer. Likely some idiot lot tech backed into it, or another customer. Space at dealers is a rare commodity and during "busy" times it's insane.

This Too many features that are cool, but not really practical or worth it. Backup cameras are nice, parking sensors too. Anything beyond that is kind of a waste and just encourages distracted driving.

So towed 6,000ish lbs today with it. Uhaul trailer, my Supra and misc. parts/tools stuffed in the bed and car. Running 75-80 on the way home with a decent head wind the entire way I averaged 15.9 MPG. It would have been higher but I lost my only (read-only key in existence and Toyota can't cut a copy by VIN) key copy so I hauled ass back from Hilliard and ran the shit out of it. Ended up finding the key thank god. Tows very smooth, it was hunting gears a bit going up hills, it seems to like 7th gear which holds it around 2200 RPM running 75 up a 3-4% grade. Anyone debating trucks I can't recommend this combo enough. Road noise was quiet, it handled the trailer very well and I didn't hear a peep from the engine until it went into 6th at 75. Can definitely notice the trailer bogging it down as far as power, but it still moves out good and I didn't struggle once to merge or overtake.

Cut rate shops discharge refrigerants to the air and dump oil in the waterways. Meanwhile mod an older car and actually make it run better and more efficiently and BOOM illegal. Emjoy your fine scum!

There are only so many people who can afford new cars. Once those who can have bought them or decided to keep their paid off car then this happens. Its hard to justify buying new....especially trucks when you lose $10,000 when you sign on the line and another $5,000 at the first oil change. Not quite that severe but still. My truck was 65% of what it was new, and I got just as good of warranty for no additional money.
