Seriously? Picking on a slow 12 sec car? Shame on you! Doesn't it get old puppy kicking? Your slush box is tired of walking manuals.. That's a thing in the past for you.. After all autos are superior to manuals. That's why all the fastest cars in the world are auto? Shifting gets old and everyone hates working that hard or a time slip. Besides it's more impressive to have a fast consistent slush box via a inconsistent fast manual.. I mean who would want to run a 12 sec pass when they could of had an auto and do a 10 sec pass? Sports cars are ment to be auto anyhow.. I can't figure out why gm failed to realize this when they made the zr1 since the car was built soley for a 1/4 and not to be an all rounded car.

I am well aware what they are capable of. Ls7 is just a nasty engine.. H/c and one can reach 580ish rwhp. That car was in Canada correct? And notice its a stick the fastest NA corvettes are stick.. Once power adder gets Into play they tuck there nutz and go auto.. That and they hate shit breaking all the time. Reason the fastest m6 c6 in the 1/4 is just a h/c c6z on a 150 shot trapping like 9.3's at mock Jesus

In fact im looking for the lowest springs possible and maby heating them up and use co2 + eb2 to control the boost levels.. I want like 3psi for first if that, 8 for 2nd 3rd I should be able to bump it up some.. Depending how well the tires will hold.

I was Hoping it would have more power than what it has.. 450hp is weak sauce for a 60+k sports car. Was expecting it to almost beat out the ls7 with all the re-designed engine. Kinda like how the c6 almost beat out the c5z. Once released I'm excited to see all the corvette shops race for the fastest c7..

Shouldn't be hard.. You seen proof I can only run a 12 sec pass and muster a 2sec 60ft. I can't drive for shit. Y u gotta pick on me.. If you keep it up I'll make a trip to autozone and buy more vents. Besides you have to stand in line. So many fast cars wanting to run a 12 second c6.. Maybe I do talk too much shit and need to chill down.. It's getting scary gents!

I don't recall me claiming any times? I did say there's no reason I would want to go to the strip just to make one or 2 passes and get kicked out because I refuse to weld a roll cage in my street car.. I'm sure m/t et's will hold better than those 555r's.. I never been to the track when I was h/c with dr's on? Hopefully I get boost by gear dialed in well enough so I don't have to worry about traction issues if any. O and btw.. I'm yet to lose a race on the street from a dig btw..

That thread is entertaining.. Started from my old local forum members.. The kid that started the thread used to troll my build thread.. Now he finally got a car worth a shit and thinks he can walk me (bolt on cobra).. I think he's being lead on by other members on that site and it shows it. You think I'm bad.. You should meet this Guy and his friend that belives his bolt on f body is the fastest thing to hit the streets that no one in that area ever seen.. The guy in that imstock2 call out video Talkin thrash. I'm a little more aggressive toward those guys though..

Who doesn't? If you claimed you was 87 instead of 93 or you lost because you was close to an oil change thus your car wasn't performing at it's peak.. Shit like that's excuses.. When you have mechanical failure is a different story. My biggest lost was to lilmiller in his sprayed c6.. That was puppy punting on his part! The blue h/c ls3 c6 beat me by a about 2 cars and the cam ls3 c6 beat me by about a car. Lost to a 408 02 ss when I was bone stock. You can't win them all! Ones I lost was kinda a given but the ones I won was unexpected by both parties. 99% of the races happened useally with the other car having the upper hand. Maggie gto,d1sc str8 300c mods/power unknown, 78mm 347 power glide fox, that 580rwhp cobra.. A 389rwhp ls2 c6 (mild bolt ons) vs my 368rwhp c6 just c6z manifolds and k&n filter. Races that I knew I had an advantage stock c6z, lilmiller motor to motor.. Rest are just puppy kicks like giving an Slighty modded evo 3 cars from a dig and winning by 4 when I was h/c.. Rest are just to embarrassing to even claim lol as other stated I can't drive! But I managed to have computer generated video's or can get that show other wise. I care less to try to impress any of you. We will See in the summer how well most of you can drive. Not directed towards you Sam

Now how about the dig? Like I said stevo... Useally a cobra needs 60-70rwhp more than a c6 to edge it out.. Regardless of the factory weight advantage I had over him I had 160ish extra weight in my car..160lbs could change a race quite exclusively.. How bad would I walked him if I didnt have the passenger and he had him? But then again I can't drive.

The best 60ft was when I was bone stock with nitto's. I know I had a huge weight advantage over him.. Power to weight is a mother.. Useally a cobra needs 60-80 rwhp to stay with a c6 corvette..He had about 110rwhp more than me? Should I added weighs in my car to help even it out? I was an underdog coming into this race as it was and I had a passanger nearly all the races extra 168lbs.. Now imagine If he had the extra 160lbs and I didn't :lolguy:
