From what I gathered, the "last mile" or "Home delivery" service has their own separate customer service. Obviously its overwhelmed while the LTL/ truckload Customer service is just breezing right along. Didn't make much sense to me, but that is what I was told. I am getting pretty anxious to get my TV as the prices have all jumped since black Friday. I cant replace what I ordered for near the same price, so I'm stuck waiting and watching for the delivery driver. Hopefully Wednesday will bring good news.

Latest update. After an hour on hold I got another bs story that it was too much of a libility to pick up my TV and I have to wait until December 9th for my tv. Hopefully it shows up as planned and isn't damaged...

Final response from XPO... First message on the bottom, last message on top:

No. I am editing out my actual address.

I just got this really helpful email from XPO:
-
I don't have prime, however it was not eligible for prime shipping anyway. I was ok waiting a week or so but now that its 2 weeks, I kind of wish I would have just ordered it thought a big box store. I just want to know where it is and how I can pick it up at this point. I don't care if I need to drive to Cleveland or whatever. I have an email out to XPO asking for an update.

I have been a long time user of Ebay for tons of purchases and am no stranger to buying high dollar items online. I recently began using amazon for some different items and ended up purchasing a Samsung 65 inch TV from their site. All seemed very fluid. I selected a delivery date, and waited. Dec 2 was the intended date. (it was NOT the earliest date I could pick either) Time window was 3-6pm. Due to my schedule I picked that day because I knew someone would be there to sign for the package. I wait, and wait, and wait. No one shows up. At 8pm I call XPO and I am put on hold in their "amazon department" where I am put on hold for 2 hours. I finally gave up and went to bed. Today I call up amazon customer service and in some very broken English I was informed that the package would not arrive until next week Dec 9 due to shipper "buffer time" I would go pick it up if I could, but XPO's site is ridiculously painful and nothing shows up when I enter my tracking # and phone #. I've waited over a week and I just want my new TV! I am going to try to find the XPO location but the only thing I find in Cuyahoga heights is a UPS distribution location. This my last update on Amazon.com Does anyone have some insight to XPO? I've never had any contact with them before.

I went full 'tard on a Samsung UN65JS8500 last week off amazon. Nothing really utilizes the refresh rates of 240hz right now, but that will come in time. For now, the up scaling and whatever magic pixie dust in that TV makes it look unbelievable. That was what sold me on it in the long run. I plan to have this TV at least 5-10+ years. My dad did a home theater 15 years ago and got an "amazing" (at the time) projection big screen. 65" 480p Hitachi ultravision with HDMI ports. (Very uncommon in 2001!) That thing is still kicking and looks pretty decent after 15 years of use. Again people at that time said we would never see HD TV distributed in 480p for years. As much as the TV I purchased is not 100% utilized now, I am sure we will get there before this TV bites the dust.

Pretty neat to have a magazine with your car in it! Thank you to all who have helped me get this far!

This is hard to find in the performance world. I wish you the best of luck, and always remember begin on time and within budget will speak for itself! -
DSS 9" if I can get my stuff sold. If not, I will toss another gear in and run it another season. I'd prefer not to though.

Always love the shout-outs from PTE!

I wish they made a place where you could prepare the surface properly to make it safer, maybe add a very robust timing systems and medical staff on hand.
-
Well that was somewhat expected This will all be put up for sale. Spool diff, DSS pro axles, and DSS Chrome moly DS. I need to go with a 9" conversion to get to my goals.

I am pretty excited to see my car in a magazine. Nothing I ever thought would happen, but it all sort of fell into place. I love having some good professionally edited photos of my car as well! http://performancetunermagazine.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/Performacne-Tuner-Magazine-Volume-22-November-2015-Downloadable.pdf

I have several chassis grounds on the car. None quite that big but I think 2 or 3 8GA Grounds are there. I will work on slapping one on this winter. Thanks for the tip!

More photos from the rental: Here is the critical photo, you can see that whatever broke, did so at launch. Tire was wrinkled on both sides until it broke....
-
So video time! Testing the 2 step in the pits. Seeing 20-21lbs on the 2 step. I was pretty happy to get that much boost after struggling to make 16lbs before. Here is the burnout just before the break occurred. You can hear the tires bite at the end decently hard but nothing too brutal. Finally, here it is. This is the first time I am seeing this on a full screen. You can see that whatever let go (either end of burnout or at launch) didn't take long. I had zero wheel spin on the drivers side and tons of spin on the passenger side.

Cliff notes from the weekend track rental Alternator seemed to work. Car makes a lot of power on the new 2 step settings. It hopped like a jackrabbit on steroids and broke something in the rear end/axles first hit. Track was cold and I put way too much power in the car. Will pull apart soon and I will get some videos up this week of the break. I guess I have plenty of winter months to get it squared away. -___-

It has increased in strength since then according to this more recent post: Supposed to be the most fierce hurricane in recorded history.
-
Got this in the mail today from Drift motion. I hope their "200 amp" alternator lives up to the rating! This means I should be able to get to the track rental on Sunday. Fingers crossed!
-
Just an FYI. This track rental was moved to 10/25/2015 due to weather last weekend. Hopefully some can make it out! I hope to be there!

Of a big red Jelly bean? Lame, get it out there. We all know its worth like 8 dollars so its not that big of a loss for one glory pass But if you do come down to the rental, come stop by and say hi. I plan to be disappointed by the cars trap speed as usual. Glad to hear its still looked at. Many of my posts are met with Crickets, so I am always wondering if im just that annoying poster or if its just so different compared to what everyone is used to. Thanks for the kind words

I am just glad someone still reads it other than JP! lol
