  1. Amazing the amount of abuse the wheels could take
  2. A great big world - say something Saw them at the vs fashion show and was blown away. Little slow but great tune.
  3. Very cool video, thanks for sharing. Couple other cool articles on ww2 action that was close to home that wasn't/isn't well known: http://www.nytimes.com/2002/08/30/national/30PEAR.html http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2013/05/130527-map-video-balloon-bomb-wwii-japanese-air-current-jet-stream/

    Marry me?

I'm looking to upgrade the wifey's diamond ring this fall. Anyone have any recommendations on a great jeweler in central oh? I don't have the time to cross shop 30 different jewelers like I did the first time around. I had a buddy buy an engagement ring online...he said he got a good deal but that seems a bit sketchy. Appreciate any insight you guys can provide
  6. Prayers that those involved are ok. Slightly smaller prayer that the accord straightens up his license plate.
  7. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2
  8. This. Have my 7 year old in ata. Great for self esteem, respect, and of course landing a solid bicycle on bullies if it ever comes to that. And in my experience attitude goes much further than sheer size. If your son shows that he won't take any shit once or twice, they will back off.
  9. Cool article, definitely hits home. I have to literally shoehorn the kids into back of my s4. If I had 3+ kids I would go with a ford flex. Would put the kids in the trunk or duct tape them to the hood before I bought a minivan. Tunable ecoboost and plenty of options would make for a pretty decent ride.
  10. 99% of the time it's out of style, or complete rice. Occasionally (rarely) see some that are tasteful.
  11. Cars.com and autotrader for quick 2-3 minute searches. But I find that when I search on Craigslist I spend quite a bit more time and generally have an experience where I start searching for a cars/parts and end up perusing antiques or used stereos.
  12. If you don't have this stuck in your head (or at least thinking about the movie Old School) for the next day, you are doing it wrong.
  13. B7 S4 - piggies (stock downpipes with precats gutted), catback, and tune. Previous DD WRX had downpipe, catback, and tune. I've been hesitant to take it any further than that on my DD's.
  14. If I had some, I would. The old man lives in Fla...no camera phone...no digital camera...no computer....no internet. He still lives in the 50's/60's. Otherwise I would have him send me some pics. However it looks something like this (yes, I know this is a '64). I mentioned it was a project didn't I? http://images.fineartamerica.com/images-medium-large/rusty-1964-ford-fairlane-5d16190-wingsdomain-art-and-photography.jpg When I get a chance I will post up some pics of his roadster, my old WRX, and my bro's WRX.
  15. Thanks for the warm welcome guys No promises After servicing mine a couple times, I couldn't agree more. Beautiful TT BTW... Thanks! Yep, Toy Barn. Yeah I've spent some time worrying about the timing issues, but this was a "wish list" car so I decided I will have no regrets. They got mine in on trade (the car fox told me). Would love to hear your thoughts on toy barn? I'm drinking and golfing as we speak. PS3 counts, right?
  16. Howdy guys - I've been in central Ohio for about 12 years, since I started at OSU. Currently residing in Pick-town. My gearhead fever started at birth, handed down by my father. His pride and joy is a '34 Ford roadster and current project is a '65 Ford Fairlane. I cut my teeth in the Subaru community (I still actively troll NASIOC and COS...my wife has an Impreza 2.5i and my brother just picked up a new WRX) with an '07 WRX that I loved until about a year ago when I picked up a clean B7 S4. I wanted a manual transmission, AWD, sedan, with a V8. That's a pretty niche market which the Audi has satisfied perfectly. Current upgrades include JHM tune and Fast Intentions exhaust. I heard about this site through members on Audizine, I look forward to learning more about this community. I enjoy tinkering on cars, golfing/drinking, shooting, and of course spending time with the wife and kids. My brother and I try to get out to Norwalk a couple times a year, but I haven't had a chance to get the Audi out there yet. I am interested in getting out for mid-ohio track days and auto-x when it warms up. Here are a few pics of the S4 when I picked her up. I will get some updated shots after my next detail day. http://img.tapatalk.com/4cb5245e-ffb7-889f.jpg http://img.tapatalk.com/4cb5245e-ffe5-bbeb.jpg http://img.tapatalk.com/4cb5245e-004e-811d.jpg
