  2. Awesome man, congrats. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  3. You sir, have skillz. Looks great, how the hell do you wrap those mirrors?? That stuff much have some serious stretchability! Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  4. Routine front pad swap on the 450. Pads are so easy these days. Mercedes wants $900. I need better lighting in the garage.....
  5. I'll definitely let you know. I actually have one right now that is a much lighter door (think stamped stainless), but has a dent in one end from the convention center. Just depends on the length you need. I may also have the match to the one I used if my apprentice doesn't use it. I can post pictures if you want one now. We also have a big replacement coming up of brand new mis-ordered doors. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  6. Cut a section out of a stainless steel elevator door I replaced at the Crowne plaza, and finished off the center of my workbench. Makes for a nice cleanable surface. I still have a lot of organizing to do out there. I can get these doors occasionally if anyone is interested in a decent stainless bench top. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  7. Really like the white/black combo on that car. Great work as usual Tim. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  8. Truck is looking great! I'm envious. I can't wait to get this damn pole barn built so I can start an old autocross truck. Looks like a blast in the sonoma!? Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  9. Mostly because the wife wants something different [emoji12]. The sealer/wax/etc.. is a pia and just not that durable. The sink was also formed concrete, and badly beat up. It'll be great for a patio kitchen. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  10. Finished pulling out the concrete countertops, for quartz install tomorrow. Damn things were even heavier than I thought! 2" of concrete, the long piece was at least 400lbs, but we managed to remove all of it cleanly. I cut one L-shaped piece to make it more manageable. I also cut the "bar section of the peninsula off, to make one large area. The plan is to use the removed concrete countertops to build an outdoor kitchen off the patio. I'll post before and after pics when the quartz goes in. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  11. Let me know if you guys get together. I wouldn't mind drinking a few beers and turning a wrench with some cr peeps, if the schedule allows it. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  12. Elaborate?? Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  13. 5vz? My summer is also crazy, but I'd be glad to help if I can. I tore the whole top end off mine to replace the head gaskets. There is a very helpful video series on a guys YouTube channel called worsethanchiggers. He does a 3.4 in a tacoma, I used it for my entire process. Yours will be much less involved, it's not bad at all. Make sure you follow his instructions for marking the belt/cogs. Let me Know when you plan to do it! Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  14. I'm going to go the typical CR route and suggest something slightly outside your list/requirements. You should consider Charleston, SC. You mentioned Myrtle, and though Charleston is further south, the drive is the same time (highway routes). Great beaches (we stay on isle of palms), lots of cool history, and lots of great restaurants and bars. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  15. Had a little fun run with a procharged gto yesterday above new Albany. Car sounded and ran good, but 4 tires hooking is better than two [emoji16] Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  16. Looks great. Love that wheel finish. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  17. Tim, your garage is looking great, a nice floor will really finish it off. I'm staying tuned here, as I've been trying to decide what to do on my shop half of the current 3 car. When the pole barn is built it will see more work than the garage, so I might go a little nicer for just parking/cleaning. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  18. Hard to beat the harbor freight selection again. The Dayton low profiles are decent and have good lifting height. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  19. I bought a Big Dog this season, which is hustlers other line. Literally the same mowers but red instead of orange/yellow. I've been very happy with it. Lots of optional accessories and features. Upgrade the seat, they'll give you a good trade in towards your old one when it's new. Bought mine at Kuhn turf equipment if you're on the east side. Very happy with the service as well. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  20. Mostly learn, definitely not to make money touching anyone elses obd2 port, possibly tune/tweak a future swap vehicle, but mostly learn. I'm leaning more towards the Holley Terminator for a swap, but I'd like to be able to tweak things. Would definitely pay for the truck. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  21. Suspension looks great. Can't wait to see this thing on the road. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  22. Who has used HPtuners beginner packages, etc... Is it worth the $500? Let's say someone fairly strong in mechanic skills but completely new to tuning. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  23. Very sorry to hear, but glad the family is ok. Definitely post anything you guys need. Hope the upcoming process is as Swift and stress free as possible. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk

Hahaha, mine was over terrible pizza hut pizza, lol. Completely irrational. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
  25. Made a stop by Dynotune Motorsports today. Just stopped in to check it out and meet Brian. He hooked up to the truck and found that the ECM is not locked, so I have some decisions to make...... Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
