You're right about the no compete being worthless, I'd also doubt they have one. Any employer who would fault an employee for taking a better offer that they can't match, isn't worth working for.

Crazy, 49 psi on a 2.0 makes 1,000+ . Hooks well, with what appears to be a fairly small/average size tire.

I currently do the same, including a 17 story high rise ( 50 yrs old w an association, it's a challenge!). Who knew CR had so many in property management! If this was a bit different timing I would be interested, but I'm chasing another goose at the moment. Unless you want to disclose a ballpark salary? -

Check the bottom of the tank as well, if it has one of those screens around it, it may be clogged. If it can't pull air from the bottom, it won't burn/vent correctly. Slim chance, but I've seen it before.
