  1. 32 something AutoX and a couple 13.3 passes on the drag strip. No one lined up beside me either time so I didn't even bother to do a burnout.
  2. If you get 20 spots sold and give the names to Tina to verify I'll pay for your spot.
  3. If anyone else is interested in the tour I have a few spots left. It's this Saturday June 16th at 10:30am in Plain City. Coffee and doughnuts provided. Please PM me so I can get you on the list and send the address.
  4. I really enjoyed Route 50 coming back from the Big Sky Rally. Hopefully the Eureka Opera House is a stop, that was really neat and we just stumbled onto it.
  5. My evil plan also requires plenty of "It's a Jeep Thing" and "If you can read this flip me back over" type stickers.
  6. Lower a Jeep and piss everyone off.
  7. They have quoted me for tires before. What I was looking for they couldn't beat Tire Racks price (neither could Best One). However Lucore is a Tire Rack installer so you can buy from TR and have them shipped straight to Lucore to install.
  8. We should did up the threads from past events to publicly shame all the people that complained about it being on a weekday or they would come. Then people are acting like Xenia is the dark side of the moon. Unless you live on the East side it's like an extra 15 minutes vs NTR.
  9. My step dad worked at a junk yard for most of his life. At one point they got in a pickup and the guys doing the dismantling didn't check all the VINs they were supposed to. They sold the bed to someone and when they took their repaired truck to get inspected the state caught it. Turned out the bed was off of a stolen truck and my step dad signed off on the paperwork. It was a big legal mess even though the company paid for all the lawyers and had plenty of pull with the small town judge. Ended up going on my step dads record for 7 years before he could get it expunged.
  10. It's going to be a shame if this gets canceled. The weather this weekend looks perfect.
  11. I didn't say I would run him over. In fact with him beside the car there isn't much danger to him unless he sticks a foot under the wheel. I would have however pushed his car out of the way.
  12. If you fear for your life deadly force is justified. I would say a guy trying to break my window with a baton would meet that.
  13. The moment he swings that baton towards the car is the moment I use the gas pedal to push my way out of there.
  14. I've worked out a small CR tour with Rob to see their current progress. The tour will be the morning of Saturday June 16th in Plain City. If you are interested please PM me. The group size needs to stay small so first come first served for the limited spots.
  15. I wish this had been posted before we bought my wifes project car this spring. I really want this thing but I just can't swing the cash right now.
  16. My wife and I bought Note 8s. No issues so far and they are super fast. Still trying to train myself to remember to use the pen.
  17. The rest of the exhaust is still rust free really even for being 17 years old. This car doesn't appear to ever have been driven in the winter.
  18. I'm going to screw with it a little more tonight. At this point I'm leaning towards taking a sawzall to it on the straight section and using band clamps to put it back on. It is a NA straight 6 after all, not a fire breathing turbo monster.
  19. So I'm a little stuck getting the exhaust out of the way on my wifes Z3. The whole thing from here back is one piece so it's in the way of 20 things that need done. The exhaust itself is fine. I can't even get the accessible bolts loose. Do I start trying to cut the bolts off? Just cut the pipes a few inches back and use clamps? Any advise would be appreciated.
  20. Take a look at MediaMonkey: http://www.mediamonkey.com/
  21. I prefer the UFO events at CRP over the Miata Club. Some of the course layout that the MC uses are just too tight to be any fun in the Mustang. I'll miss this week since we're out of town, hoping to have the wifes car ready in a couple weeks.
  22. Since you have two dead spots I would look at some of the 3 AP mesh systems that lots of places are offering. I haven't done much research because 1 AP covers my little shack.
  23. I'll add that wireless is shared bandwidth between all devices while ethernet is dedicated per device. (unless you specifically hunt for a hub instead of a switch) Wireless is also never as reliable as wired.* * Source: I manage both the wired and wireless networks for a hospital.
