  1. If you're set on buying from them without your own agent, I would absolutely use a real estate attorney to make sure everything is in order for you. I recommend Adam Todd: https://floreytodd.com/attorneys/adam-todd/
  2. Cancel Mach E order + buy just about anything else = profit?
  3. That's the most intelligent thing I've ever seen you type!
  4. Nobody tell that Otis Nice guy, but I'm still a fan of the S197, daily'd one for several years.
  5. PM sent. Looks like the cheapest pair is $1,747 on ticketmaster in this section, including all their fees. Then the seller gets hit with fees on their end, too.
  6. 944's look good, one of the very few good looking Porsche's ever built. Everything should be LS swapped anyway.
  7. I've been hearing for awhile that the Chinese real estate market house of cards was about to collapse. I don't follow this stuff to know exactly how it's all related or not.
  8. Hey guys, my BIL has a 2018 Kia Stinger GT AWD, he'd like to buy a setup to tune it with. Anyone have experience and/or a recommendation for tuning this vehicle?
  9. It's white with red interior and vert. That's all I need to know.
  10. I have a pair of season OSU Football Tickets. Selling each game individually. Tickets are currently on Ticketmaster/OSU Ticket Exchange, as OSU just changed over to a 100% electronic ticketing system this year, no more paper tickets. My seats are Section 23AA, Row 3, 3 rows behind the OSU bench and are upgraded with the padding/seat back. Prices vary per game and I will sell to you on the low end of whatever the current price range is for this section for that particular game. It would save us both some fees on Ticketmaster. Heads up, prices are higher than most sections in the stadium, as these seats take an ENORMOUS amount of effort to obtain and purchase for me, the season ticket holder. For reference, Eddie George's tickets are 1 row in front of me. Let me know what game(s) you're interested in. I have a pair of OSU vs Michigan tix at the Big House this year, too. Location TBD. Games still available: Penn State Purdue Michigan State at Michigan Price range reference (click on which game and then Section 23AA): https://www.ticketmaster.com/ohio-state-buckeyes-football-tickets/artist/1239588 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=1052&pictureid=9827 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=1052&pictureid=9826
  11. It will be interesting to see what happens once the car manufacturers start getting chips for the enormous amount of vehicles already built just sitting in lots waiting for them. I doubt they will flood the market with them and maybe won't be able to anyway depending on how quickly the chips start arriving.
  12. If working with a dealership, they should handle most that stuff for you and send the paperwork to the BMV/Title Agency. You'll need a quick, easy inspection of the vehicle verifying the VIN and a few other things at your local BMV. https://www.bmv.ohio.gov/titles-out-state.aspx https://www.tomgill.com/finance/car-buying-tips/buy-a-car-in-another-state/
