  3. Not sure what the question is. It says $139/night...... Or am I missing something?
  4. I really hope things get moved around and you can go.
  5. I want to get rid of the rest of these t-shirts. $5 off with coupon code 04468. That makes them $10 with free shipping. Once I get these all gone we'll be ordering a new design. http://ohioriders.net/index.php?/store/product/6-or-wheel-t-shirt/

If you're going, RSVP -------> Same as last year and the year before and every year before that, I'll start with the important stuff: Ride your own ride. Enjoy the weekend. Be safe. This is not a competition or a race. This is just a good weekend away with friends. You are responsible for yourself. This is, of course, an "at your own risk" event. Motorcycling is dangerous. These roads are dangerous. Be careful. Ohio Riders (and/or it's owners, blah blah blah) cannot be held liable for anything (like, but not limited to, traffic tickets, accidents, stupidity, death, etc). June 9th through the 12th, 2016. Discussion thread: http://ohioriders.net/index.php?/topic/108120-ohio-riders-invades-deals-gap-2016/ Nothing is officially organized. There are no set routes. It just happens to be a weekend for a bunch of us to meetup down there to have some fun. The weekend is up to you. When you come down, where you ride, who you ride with, where you eat, where you stay (Fontana Village discounts below if you want to stay there), etc is completely up to you. There will be shindigs in the evenings involving fire for us to sit around and tell lies about women, motorcycles, amazing drinking stories, etc. Reservations are open. All bookings must be done by April 9th, 2016. However, I highly recommend booking early as we will fill up again. Please also RSVP to this event so that we can try to get an accurate headcount. ----------------------------------- Rough Itinerary Thursday (6/9/2016): Arrive. Check-in. Meet-n-greet at TBA. 11. I'm sure they are. I know lots of people that do the 6-pack deal. Might be worth it to find someone(s) to split a quarter or half season though.
  12. A heads up for anyone interested in the helmet. I've read the Stars come with another set of pads. This one didn't. But I've also read they don't come with a dark visor, yet this one came with a clear one on the helmet and a dark one in a sweet protector in the case. Speaking of case, it comes with this sweet case/bag. Way nicer than anything I've gotten with any other helmet I've owned. The pads inside are a little janky. To be more descriptive, it looks like one side is stretched or something. The pads don't lay flat like they probably should. But when the helmet is on, you don't notice it. I'll try to take pics tonight to show what I'm talking about. And, the shell for the XL is fucking huge. I mean, I feel like a damn bobblehead doll. That said though, it is (or at least feels) a metric shit ton lighter than my Shoei RF1100. The graphics are sweet. Has a place for helmet speakers. Damn sweet helmet for $350. I read that the helmet run large. I wear an XL in Shoei. I was thinking I may need a L in the Star, but RD didn't/doesn't have any. So I ordered the XL anyways. Glad I did. Perfect fit. So I'd say this helmet and the Shoei (at least the RF1000 and RF1100) are very comparable in sizing. I'll try to get some comparison pics tonight.

    No more Indy MotoGP?

"A draft 2016 calendar is expected to be released next month, with Indianapolis likely to be the only existing round to be dropped." http://www.motorsport.com/motogp/news/motogp-confirms-new-five-year-deal-for-brno/

    No more Indy MotoGP?

That said, who wants to go to COTA next year?

    No more Indy MotoGP?

Five year, renewed yearly, and either side can walk away at any time. So, it's very possible one side or the other is walking. I'm very sad to say it, but I don't think Indy is going to be on the schedule next year. All other agreements are in place for next year.
