Have you tried logging out from everything, clear cookies, log in on one device, then log into second? Is anyone else having this issue?

I use one of these. https://www.amazon.com/Anker-PowerCore-20100-Capacity-Technology/dp/B00X5RV14Y I charge it up before I go and throw it in the tank bag. I can charge my phone like four times from dead with it. I use it when I travel for work also.
