I would have said that....The black description didn't or doesn't make the story anymore nail biting. He thought it would, obviously, as to think a black guy knocking on your door at 1am would have some kind of mind numbing ending that a white guy doing the same thing, wouldn't. Go figure, but it wasn't my door, so I don't care. Kinda like my thread with the kids walking thru my yard. Would it have made a better story if I said "black kids" keep walking thru....no. The story alone was descriptive enough.

Yet you don't know to use "know"....Fact is his story was interesting. The black description didn't give it any more interest. Therefore, it wasn't needed. Doesn't make you a racist. It just means you think a black guy knocking on your door at 1am is more uncommon than a white guy doing it.

Well, I put a ton of money into my grass last summer. Ferts, chems, etc. I dont walk on my lawn, they shouldn't. I just want to have a nice looking lawn minus paths from they walking through several times a day.

through my yard. Little young punks. Live on the street behind me, so they walk through my yard to get to the street in front of me to do whatever the hell they do. I've come out several times and said.."listen lil fella, dont come thru here". The other week the bastards walked between my house and the neighbors. I'm watching TV and right past my window they walk. I fly outside...."Hey!!!! dont walk through my yard!!!!" Each time..."sorry, sorry". I told them I said listen....if I'm in here in the night and see you walk past my window like that, i'm going to think you're a creeper. I dont take too kindly to creepers...."sorry sorry". OK, you say get a fence. Wont help. They can still walk beside it and up through the yard.
