  1. yea, i ordered the new Bellagio and Araldic. I atleast need to sell one of these other helmets. the liners are fully removable and washable, so they will be in nice clean condition
  2. the bike has been dropped off.... had some great discussions with the two madd scientists over there. can't wait to get on this thing!!
  3. normally it goes 5-4-3-2-1, but for the pro weekend it was 500-400-300-200-100 i think, or it's switched around, can't remember. actually i think it is switched from that. turn one has 300-200-100 i believe, used to go to 300, then i realized about the rear brake and try to push it to the 200 mark now
  4. yea the ones for the pro weekend are pushed way back. i was brakin at the 400 mark and it was too early. i like the ones they normally have, usually push it just past 5 on the 600. it likes to slide around there, plus i'm grabbin one too many downshifts, i think i need to take it in 3rd.
  5. trailing is something i really need to work on this year. i do some trail braking sometimes, but too up my game i'm gonna need to really push it on the brakes. hell at the end of the straight i could prolly brake at #4 if i actually trailed 'em in. i have more learning from the brian to do..
  6. haha, you guys are hilarious! def. can't wait to get back out there. we'll see what i can do, i've learned a few lil things in the off season to try out next year, should help with some of the tighter/technical stuff. my goal for life is to see a sub 1.30 at mid ohio on any bike, so we'll shoot for that with the 600 this year, but that's absolutely FLYING around that place. maybe i can steal that 750 for the RRGC at the end of the year....
  7. trail brake? what's that?? WFO to the last brake mark, throw it in, flip it back, hard on the gas, slam it into the keyhole, maybe a tap on the brakes to keep it tight. oh wait, i was prolly goin 10mph slower than you on that lil shoot! or more...
  8. too bad kovack is selling everything... no racing for him next year, just picture taking
  9. bingo! i was gonna go a lil more wild, but the cams haven't really helped out on other builds. so we are goin with a true SS bottom up build. and you are right on with the hp. should be a rocket of a gsxr compared to before.
  10. i need some of those!! all i want for christmas is a shift suit with elbow sliders.....brian. hehe
  11. frankenfield, he's workin at Ducati of Indy for Matt Carr. gonna get her built and then dial in the suspension as well. this thing is gonna be a ROCKET! just hope i can hit enough rounds to get the points so i can race the mid-0 FX race
  12. hell yea! can't wait totear it up again this year. you gonna keep that bike brian? mine's headin off to get the motor done here in the next week. i have a feeling that straight away wont be such an advantage for ya this year...
  13. i know of a guy with a nice 07 repsol 1k, i'll see if he's interested
  14. yea good stuff. i watched it all yesterday.
  15. i will say that for riding on the street, it's like driving on the street. you want to have the fastest thing out there, and that usually means straight line acceleration. different strokes for different folks. if you are a twisty rider, then work on suspension and skill, if you like goin fast then more power the better, and so on.
  16. i need to put new fork seals in it, then i'll prolly start takin it to some indoors and riding this winter until i can sell it. you guys should come out, we can see what we can really do, plus i can help some of ya'll out, bring the stt instructing into the dirt world, plus i'll help with mx stuff for FREE!! haha
  17. That's soo true. then once you get near to the limit of the bike, horsepower makes a BIG difference. learn how to rail the shit out of your stock bike, then make said bike faster, then learn how to rail faster bike, and so on.
  18. you can always check out the abercrombie and fitch warehouse and home office. right in new albany.
  19. i have no wheels/hubs to put on if i did that... Any reasonable offer will be considered. would be an awesome Christmas present
  20. i'm still in the burg. i'm workin at A&F warehouse now.
  21. I'm selling my Mac Toolbox. It is a VERY NICE piece indeed. 11 drawer tech 1000 in a "hugger" orange paint with black handles, chrome push bar, custom chrome casters. Bought this and never used it, quit my Tech job 2 weeks after the purchase, it's only had a socket set and air guage in it. retails for around 3600 new, asking for 2000obo. • 23,403 CU IN • 6,116 SQ IN • 41", 1040 mm, Overall Height • 50 1/2", 1283 mm, Overall Width • 25 1/4", 641 mm, Overall Depth http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a314/owndjoo/Picture039-1.jpg
  22. it's Flis, and the other guy is Slaw, aka Dan Cole
  23. haha, all i got to say is 15+hp in a 143.... these shits are EXPENSIVE, but i gots to have one. shit's on for next year
  24. lmao, yea, i caught myself riding the 250f too much like my old smokers, it was wheelieing and trying to highside me out of every corner, took me a while to learn to keep my had off the clutch unless it's a def. need. i can ride it pretty well, think i finished mid pack in some 125 B stuff last year and i barely ever rode the thing. Brian, I'm looking at getting a sick nasty pit bike built. The big bikes are too easy to get hurt on and we know how shitty of a pit bike they are, haha.
