  1. theres a war in america on my right to fish? i hadnt heard of that.
  2. i dont personally go armed. i always meet in a large open parking lot. i have my friend come and park about 100 yards away to provide sniper support. im wired, so he can hear whats going down. if i give the codeword he takes out the guy. then we pop smoke and get out.
  3. the thing is, most accidents happen close to home. statistically you are more likely to get into an accident going to pick up a video or a burger or going to the gas station than you are on a 400 mile daytrip.
  4. this is my bicycle: fixed gear mountain bike. fuji frame, bulletproof 3pc crank, rear is a surly flip flop hub laced to a sun rim. front wheel is an alex X2000. shimano brake levers, low rise bars.
  5. you should just go get the title notarized NOW whenever you can. then you dont have to fuck with anything, its all on him. if he shows up at 10 pm on a sunday to buy it, no worries. get cash, give him the title and its all ready for him to take it to the DMV monday morning.
  6. i dont think traffic laws do, but thats not a traffic law, its a theft and fraud law.
  7. oh you mean the ONE championship in SEVEN years that they've won? great work! compare to their WSBK efforts, where they won a title the second year they were there, then proceeded to win 12 more after that...
  8. http://www.10tv.com/live/content/local/stories/2010/08/26/story-columbus-police-officer-relieved-of-duty-allegedly-moving-car.html ok, the one thing the article fails to mention is the AGE of the child. IMO its a huge difference if the kid is 2 months old or 12 years old. the other thing, how do they figure no law was broken? Ohio Revised Code 2913.03 Unauthorized use of a vehicle (A) No person shall knowingly use or operate an aircraft, motor vehicle, motorcycle, motorboat, or other motor-propelled vehicle without the consent of the owner or person authorized to give consent. so if i hop in a running car and move it to the other side of the parking lot, thats not a crime? how does that not fall under "operating" a vehicle. can i move a police cruiser thats left running? im not stealing it, im just moving it.
  9. so you can get all the features you should have had right out of the box.
  10. ducati should just stick to WSBK and leave motoGP alone, because they suck in motoGP. signing rossi IMO was their last ditch effort to actually win some championships.
  11. if they roll up on a bike to look at it, ill let them test ride it if they let me follow them on their bike.
  12. thats why you buy your phone for 20 dollars cash at the corner market, and then buy a pre-paid card to fill it with minutes. again, pay with cash. if shit gets hot, throw the phone in the trash. go buy another
  13. i was wrong about colorado. i thought this was US v. strandlof, guy was charged under the stolen valor act in in colorado. it was ruled as unconstitutional by a district court judge there (robert blackburn, who was also appointed by bush). the article stated that this was US v. alvarez, which DID originate in california, which explains why its in the ninth. as for bush appointing the three judges, go to the ninth circuit webpage or the federal judicial center webpage and look up the biographies of the judges who sat for this case. you will see that all three were appointed by bush. thomas nelson, milan smith and the dissenter, jay bybee. maybe they overturned it because bush appointed true conservatives who believe in less government intervention, and the government policing the line between truth and falsity is not that at all? here is their decision too. read it, it tells you their entire line of thinking and how they came to the decision: http://www.ca9.uscourts.gov/datastore/opinions/2010/08/17/08-50345.pdf
  14. Indeed, if the Act is constitutional under the analysis proffered by Judge Bybee, then there would be no constitutional bar to criminalizing lying about one’s height, weight, age, or financial status on Match.com or Facebook, or falsely representing to one’s mother that one does not smoke, drink alcoholic beverages, is a virgin, or has not exceeded the speed limit while driving on the freeway. The sad fact is, most people lie about some aspects of their lives from time to time. Perhaps, in context, many of these lies are within the government’s legitimate reach. But the government cannot decide that some lies may not be told without a reviewing court’s undertaking a thoughtful analysis of the constitutional concerns raised by such government interference with speech.
  15. if my girlfriend told me she wanted to see nickelback... she would no longer be my girlfriend.
  16. i know cali is the land of fruits and nuts... but thats just where the court happens to be located. the 9th covers cali, washington, oregon, montana, idaho, nevada, hawaii and arizona. if you have beef in any of those states that makes it to the circuit court, you have to go to san francisco, because thats where they built the courthouse. just like ohio is in the sixth circuit, along with kentucky, michigan and tennessee. if you have a case in tennessee that makes it to the circuit, you go to cincinnati. this specific case actually originated in colorado. also, all three of the judges were appointed by george w. bush. the ninth circuit has the most overturns by the supreme court, however they also do hear the most cases of any circuit court and have the most decisions move on to the supreme court.
  17. man fuck that, i woulda just left. nickelback is the worst band in the history of the universe.
