So, my Tahoe endured today's rain with the passenger window down (facing the rain). Do i start pulling pad and carpet and replace, throw a dehumidifier in there (I have 2), take to pros???

$1750. Needs TLC. Tons and tons of stuff comes with. AS-IS where-is.
Brakes locked up last time out, taking off from a light. They let loose after 20 feet or so. So, if it were me, I'd disengage them, tow to your place and check/replace/clean as needed.

We stayed 1 night beach front, then 4 nights at the link above. It was great for kids and us. Free fast shuttles to board walk frequently
All buttoned up. Glad I had the plugs done... 2 of 3 plugs on the rear bank were really bad. Like, surprised codes weren't being thrown bad. Tensioner was very sketchy feeling, but the belt itself looked really good for 110k miles.
Also had the leaking power steering pump replaced, which added $250, but was cheaper than I could have bought a reman pump.
It will turn out fine. A good kit plus fluids, etc. would be $250ish. $90 for plugs. That's still $460 left. What I don't get is the reasoning behind charging so much labor for the water pump while the mechanic is already in there???
Time has come for the 110k service on our 2011('12?) Odyssey. I'm sure folks on CR have had to do the timing belt etc. Honda service. Where did you go? Dealer$$$? Trustworthy independent shop? Please chime in.
