I run a full size all winter in the garage. Fridge always does perfect, but we can't keep anything in the freezer... it thaws out! Seems ass-backwards, but I think ours doesn't run often enough to circulate the air, so it won't stay frozen.

Wife's Caravan threw a SES light today. Does an 05 G. Caravan have a trick to read the codes through the dash? For example, my Ram will tell the codes on the odometer display after a key-on,off,on,off,on cycle. I can have it scanned tomorrow, but wanted to know what code it has before I send her out in 6 degree weather tomorrow morning. Google turned up nothing...

Well, the obvious answer is AWD/4WD > FWD > RWD. But, I spent a lot of Winters with 2wd S10s and FS 2wd trucks. Made it through them, but you do have to be smart about it. For commuting to work, I'd take FWD; for having fun, nothing better than RWD.

... yeah, except for all that salt that is getting washed off of the cars and landing on the... roads.

Well, got a Nikon S8100 yesterday. EXTREMELY impressed. Took 40+ pics at kid's 2-year old birthday party yesterday 10 minutes after taking it out of the box. No adjustments, no tweaking... every single pic was awesome. 1080p video is smooooooooth and crisp through the HDMI out. Very happy the old one got destroyed.
