  1. After handling ammo and cleaning chemicals, you should always use cold water to wash your hands to keep your pores closed and bad chemicals out, mmk?
  2. You wouldn't have 50% of your current gun rights without them. So, if you enjoy that handgun you own, or that CCW you can go get, I'd send them a thank you box of chocolates.
  3. He's not black (this is a joke; if you can't take it as such, GTFO) He's not scary. He won't take a single one of mine away. Try something more original.
  4. Post on Facebook. Have people reply that you are offensive. Thank you.
  5. My $.02 on Armed2Defend. I was skeptical mainly because it is so much cheaper than some. Arrived a little early and there was already a guy waiting to help park. Went inside and there are two sign-in areas: prepaid and not. Got some coffee, started on time. Time flew through lunch. Bring your own or go in on a pizza buffet. Attorney comes in for his 2 hour talk. VERY informative and worth while. You'll learn a lot even if you think you already know it all. Some more class time, then off to the range for 2 hours. Not a bad drive at all. Small range with a pisser and food / coffee for sale. Back to class for the remaining time. Some videos, some more power points, an open book test... done. There is a definite mix of ages, races, knowledge, abilities, that's for sure. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone.
  6. Many rollpans over the years on lowered, stock, and lifted trucks and a couple blazers... never an issue, even when going through a safety check (remember those?).
  7. You're in denial. Why do you suppose business is great for a credit company? :gabe: http://www.usdebtclock.org/
  8. I spent a couple hours at a range in Canal W. today and at one time had a woman 2 lanes to my left. After watching her TWICE turn 180 back towards her hubby with her gun pointed completely opposite from down ranch and with her fucking finger on the trigger, I had to inform the range worker. I believe it was an unloaded gun, but come on. If that's all the respect you're going to put into it, GTFO.
  9. No, they were environmentalist hippies.
  10. I saw nothing like the above happen. It was a big building, but unless it happened well after the main event, or up the road somewhere, etc... I'd lean to there being much more to the story. I didn't see the first sign of a single Obama supporter there.
  11. Thank you for the idea. EDIT: Ha, fucking data miners. Give them your info (faked of course), then they tell you where you can go wait in lines with the general public to get tickets (first come, first served). When I just signed up for another rally, I gave them my e-mail address, and they actual e-mailed me my tickets.
  12. Boy, they really got him. Ask question, get answer... ask question again?
  13. No idea what was setting it off, but the guy thought I had a holster on, I am sure (I was not carrying anything, obviously).
  14. Screen Machine on Columbus Parkway.
  15. Just got home from the Romney stop in Etna (I70 & Rt310). It was a colossal cluster fuck. I don't think they planned for the crowd that showed up. Didn't really learn anything new and likely will not attend another election rally in my lifetime, but it was an experience. Drug sniffing dogs, Secret Service in suits and plain clothes, cops removing hecklers. Couldn't find the sniper, but I believe he was there somewhere. Cool watching the press core and the election teams rolling in. It was awesome when my left armpit kept setting off the metal detector wand and the dude started getting pretty serious pretty quickly. Oh, and thankfully the weather was cold, or that would have been a stinky warehouse.
  16. I lost two best friends (also brothers) at ages 18 and 21 when they wrapped themselves around a pine tree drunk. Please don't make blanket statements about things you don't know. Stubborn? I did not post anything (including the open carry vids) to be "stubborn". Do you know that when I tell 10 people they are allowed to walk down a street open carrying, I promise you at least half don't believe me? When I tell people what they are and are not required to do when stopped, the same percentage think I am wrong. Do I understand that some of these videos come off as in bad taste? Obviously. Do I think the general public is better off at least knowing what their rights are? ABSOLUTELY.
  17. Reasons you think it can't happen?
  18. First I am hearing of this. http://www.foxnews.com/tech/2012/11/01/one-month-until-regulate-internet/?intcmp=features Is this a non-event? Forget for a second it is a Fox News link. If that upsets you, Google for another source.
  19. ... while hauling them to market ... Was it while hauling them to a vacation? Nooooooo. Was it while hauling them to a day spa? Nooooooo. While on their way to market. This means the chopping block and packaging to me.
  20. Truck carrying fish is in accident. Fish die. PETA wants state to erect a memorial. Nope, it's true folks. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/10/30/peta-fish-memorial-animal_n_2046313.html I would have donated the cornmeal and fryer oil.
  21. See, that's the beauty. You absolutely can choose to do the above and you're not "wrong", or you can choose to not answer them. But, either way, people need to know what their rights are in a given situation.
  22. Which style (years)? 04 Comp-G with some goodies?
