  1. Jaron, Ill let you know. That Escalade has been sectioned and front clip sold. Dont know who would want the rest of it. The had it for over 5 months that I know of.
  2. I didnt even have to click the link to know it was the hummer after seeing Anthony's post. Brian...Im thinking hard it would be in the next 2 weeks. And I would drive straight there and back. With stop for sure. Thats why I need someone to go with me. I'll drive there, you drive back.
  3. Thanks man. If you hear of any avail. give me a heads up.
  4. Im thinking hard Brian. The mustang is an easy fix. Its only salvage because the bag blew. In Utah if the bags blown its automatically totaled.
  5. Not those prices... A friend of mine is friends with the owner.
  6. Thinking about it... http://www.getwwa.com/vehicle_details/7519/FORD/MUSTANG http://www.getwwa.com/vehicle_details/7507/CHEVROLET/CORVETTE
  7. Bullshit. I found an ad like this on clist awhile back and emailed back and forth... Then I finally ask the person, will you take cash? They replied only through ebay please. WTF? Im going to try this with some fog lights Ive got sitting in my shop.
  8. Im talking Camber. Not Caster. Caster is Forward to Rear Adjustment. A wheel behind the load would have negative caster. Camber is the relation between the tire tread and the road. Negative is the top toward the center of the car. Positive is the opposite. Anyway, that car has way too much negative Camber.
  9. I have shot with standard guns. Those are my primer guns. I have even painted with them. HVLP wasnt any real big deal. Once you have your setting where you want them. Metallic you notice a big difference in the way it sprays from one gun to another. I have a friend that only shoots with standard guns, and he does just fine.
  10. Nice Needs an alignment. Tons of negative camber.
  11. You are going to need to clean the gun regardless. When you use one gun a shoot base out out it, then clear with it and a chunk of metallic comes out into your clear, youll be pissed. Shouldnt happen on your first job, but when you shoot as much as I do, youll want a dedicated clear gun. The point is you should be okay. Get a cheap gun for primer though.
  12. Since your new this would be a better choice for you. Real easy to sand. http://www.amazon.com/Fibreglass-Evercoat-156-Weight-Filler/dp/B000P70USU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=automotive&qid=1236867327&sr=1-1
  13. Look good. What was the lens and focal length on 3?
  14. Just exaclty what its says. The back side of the hammer goes down to a real thin "pick" style end. Makes getting into tight corners of fenders really easy. Not necessary, but comes in handy 1 out of 10 jobs.
  15. Common mistake... HVLP High Volume Low Pressure
  16. http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c189/towrob/IMG_0106.jpg http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c189/towrob/IMG_0111.jpg http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c189/towrob/IMG_0120.jpg http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c189/towrob/IMG_0121-1.jpg http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c189/towrob/IMG_0124.jpg Oh when your getting ready to buy a 06 Lexus, make sure its not a Florida car. It will have the title flipped so many times and been through lots it will come back a clean title. Well at least the Mitsu I just dealt with was this way.
  17. Crank your ISO a little. And step up your exposure.
  18. Hey, he did not have the interior
  19. Evercoat makes a good light weight filler. Dont slam it on there, you'll get frustrated fast. Put thin layers on and work them 1 at a time. Thats a good starter set. Get it. I dont see any thin picks in it but it will get the majority of work done.
