198hp with Ram Air in effect. 475lbs dry weight. Brock Davidson's 14 went 9.0@155 with a PCIII and his exhaust on a strapped and lowered stock bike!!

Update: I did not get my bike at Motorsports of Columbus. i will not go into any details here, but lets say they were a bit higher than the original quote with no valid explanation why. I am getting the bike through Hinds motorsports. I called 5 different dealers from Toledo to Cincy and Hinds was the lowest price. I know there are various reasons why they might be the lowest, but that doesnt matter. I was originally told at MOC that they were lower, then was shown much higher than my quote. I appreciate all the effort they did, though. Spoke with the Gm and head of F&I today to explan what happened. They were very appoligetic and understanding. Even took time to restructure the deal to less that what Hinds was. At that point, the difference was not worth the hassle I had to deal with, so I politely declined. Good news - My shiney Red 14 comes home Thursday And for what I wanted to pay! :thumbup:

Its official, I am picking up my Red ZX14 tonight at Motorsports of Columbus. They by far have the best deals in the city on this bike. Very nice to work with too. I recommend them, and State Farm Insurance too So uh - when are we going to the Schott?

Thanks a lot Clark! I am getting a red one. I was debating on black vs. red, and I decided that I have hated every black vehicle I have owned, and I have a blue bike right now, so red it is. What color was the one you saw?

Thanks Doc!! I am very excited to get it. I am just waiting on my insurance quote to be verified by State Farm before I sign the papers. All in all, after my trade in, it is 10 dollars a month cheaper for the payment. Insurance is a bit more, but it works out to another 60 bucks a month for a real open class bike. I will be sure to get to as may CR get togethers as possible. I can see this becoming like the skyline, everyone wants to race it before it gets modded

I think I will be waiting a while to pull the trigger on this bike. Did a demo ride today at Hinds Motorsports with my Fiancee on the back and went from 45-95 in 3rd gear 1/2 throttle in the length of a Ford Ranger It seems glued to the road, is VERy flickable for its size. Matter of fact, the turn in is much faster than my Fizzer. The suspension is phenominal. It reminds me of riding my friends RC51, except it doesnt beat you to death! No windnoise to report up to 95mph This bike is the most amazing thing I have ever ridden! I wanted a ZX-12R since they came out in 2000, and had to settle with an FZ1. Last year at AMA Vintage days, I demo rode a ZX-12R and a ZX-10R, and can say that the larger "hyper bikes" are more my style.

Josh - I am ther person that SpaceGhost is refering to. At the time of my visit, the shop was seemingly very slow. People surfing the internet and whatnot. John Shroeck called Corey and told him I was coming down to talk about employment. You can speak to John about me and my skill if you would like. No hard feelings for the above, but I wasnt very impressed my the treatment I received. If this position has not been filled yet, I will send my resume to you tonight. I must make sure that you understand I am in no way leaving my full time job at Lexus, but am willing to work on my days off from here and somenights after work if need be. All of this can be elaborated upon if need be. I can furnish most all tools needed, unless the shop has their own. I cannot store them there full time, but i can bring them with me. I have more than 5 years total mechanic experience, with more than 2 years of behind the counter customer service and selling in a dealership environment. I am ASE master certified, Lexus/Toyota Senior certified, and still have current Ford certifications that I lost the paperwork for. I have built my own single turbo RX7 that entailed much fabrication and design. I have installed standalone EMS systems, and dabbled in tuning. I deal with electrical troublshooting everyday of my life, as well as mechanical work, and interior trim work, etc. Here at Lexus, our customers are very demanding about time managment, cleanliness, and quality of work.
