Jason's 155 btu heater easily heated the garage in ~10 minutes last year. Would that 70k btu get it done, or would I have to leave OT on full time?

The walls are cinder block, so semi insulated. I guess I should have said high roof. It's open rafters. Thinking of this, or this so far. And I have a 20% of coupon for Harbor Freight.

I need a heater for the garage. The garage itself is rather large (floor space for 4 cars, up to 6 if you got creative) with high ceilings. That being said, I don't want to have to store some massive heater and don't want to drop a ton on it. Have any of you seen one on sale? I have no preference between Kerosene or Propane. Input fellers?

I looked at a Legacy GT there. The car looked fine online, was BTS in person. They have an on-site mechanic. The salesman told me the trans was blown, and they replacing with one from a wreck NA LGT. Avoid.
