  1. Very nice gun, I'd love to have one. BUT, I just blew my load on a nove AR upper setup.

Does anyone have an action block and armorer's tool I can borrow?

Alright, I saw him jetison his extra fuel tanks, which I assume means he was up there for a while. I have 1 question: What if you have to take a piss???
  7. No shit? Hmm, never looked there.

    HP - BS.

Just to rub salt in your wound, the battery in my (minimum) 3 year old HP DV6646 is still going strong. It'll power me thru a few hours of web browsing.
  9. Looking for either a complete upper, or parts and tools to assemble one. Lemme know whatcha got. Upper, BCG, barrel, charging handle, handguard, armorer's wrench, vise block, etc.

Nah, she's a keeper. Besides, you'd turn her lesbian.
  11. They're right about driving the Stangs in the snow, they're miserable. My Bro's V6 isn't any better than my old GT.

    A good start

The GF got all this for me for Christmas: LRB Arms lower, Magpul MOE adjustable stock, DSA buffer tube kit, Daniel Defense lower parts kit. She basically got my the entire lower half. I'll be adding a flat top upper shortly. http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o149/loaded321/Rifle/th_Lower_Half.jpg http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o149/loaded321/Rifle/th_LRB_Lower.jpg Here's what I'm looking for in an upper: CAR configuration, 16" barrel (Chrome lined preferred), chrome BCG, flat top/A4. Ideally I would like a quad-rail hand guard and flip down front and rear sights. Ideas? I'm not opposed to used either.
  13. My brother had a 99 V6 Mustang as his first car. Still has it even. Other than a few clutch changes (he can not drive a manual) and a fuel pump it's been pretty solid. Expect pretty lame MPGs tho.

    FS: AWD beater

It knocks a little at idle and on decel (if you take it below the NA ECU's weirdly high idle) because it has the entirely wrong ECU in it. And it has the wrong ecu in it because 1G ECUs are all 17+ years old. I'll only buy a 100% known good ecu that came out of a running car. It's not rod knock. Now JP, either come up with my asking price ($1200, incase you missed that part of my thread too) or fuck off. Edit: and the detonation (not rod knock) is mild. Just trying to be honest about the car.
  15. Omg, a salad with fried chicken and a fatty, creamy dressing isn't healthy? I'm so surprised!!!

A GOOD working 91-94 turbo ecu can take some searching, shouldn't be too hard to find tho. Yes, it drives as is, I'm not sure I'd take it far or into boost. It idles rough and high and knocks in the low end. Yes, 5 speed car. I am in Reynoldsburg.
  17. 1993 Red Mitsu Eclipse GSX. Asking ~$1200. It DOES start and run, but it needs a new ECU and battery. It currently has a 4G63-NT (Non-Turbo) ecu in it. The suspension is a little...soft. Rust is pretty minimal: small areas on the front fenders, just starting on the rear driver side. I don't know when the timing belt/water pump was last serviced, but the belt is intact. Brakes make noise from sitting and the parking brake cables are frozen, also leaks some oil. SO FAR AS I KNOW, the battery and ecu are the only major issues with the car. Has sunroof, power windows, power mirrors, fairly nice Kenwood in-dash with Pioneer fronts & Infinity rears, iPod/iPhone connector. Mods: Shep stage 2 trans with higher OD gear ACT 2700 clutch (a little heavy for street use I think) Upper intercooler hard pipes Electronic boost controller Turbo timer (disabled, needs parking brake) Buschur catless DP back exhaust, 2.5" I think (flex pipe leaks) Hacked stock MAF I replaced Trans, transfer case, and diff fluids with Redline fluids. I think that's it. Like new all season tires on Talon stock rims, new plugs. I have a Supra side mount I'll include. Will require lower ICP and bracket fabbed. Also will throw in an EPROM ECU that seems to be dead. See my album for pics, it's covered in snow right now.
  18. Dont. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/12/07/komen-foundation-charities-cure_n_793176.html I'm all for donating money for a good cause, but donating money to fund someone else's lawsuit is bull shit.
  19. Hahaha. People still think RIM makes a smart phone...
  20. Oh? Operator error? Did you maybe get phished?
  21. It's an easy fix. There's a pot you can adjust on the laser. It requires opening up the xbox. Google is your friend.
  22. Actually, his wife and I split the cost of the receiver. He also got me a 2nd set of beer ingredients, a bottle of beer bread mix (seeing a theme here?), and a ninja sword umbrella, which was more of a gag gift than anything else. It's not about how much he or I spent, it's about having fun opening the gifts, enjoying good company, playing some card games, and having a nice ham lunch.
  23. It was the our first Christmas, so the GF and I went all out. I got her: some super soft pajamas, a bra, some Clinique face cleaner/moisturizer stuff that she's been talking about, a magnesium fire starter (she saw one used on an episode of Dual Survival and thought it was the coolest thing ever), a new 40" LCD tv (she was coming from an ancient ~26" CRT with only an RF input), and a pair of HDMI cables for use with said tv. She was thrilled with everything minis the TV. She was pretty surprised when I came around the corner with that big ass box. :-) her reaction alone was worth the money spent and time doing research.
