i have the LS7 clutch in my vette. i also had it in the camaro, neither were drag raced though. you could ask mark (atomicfusion) or jason (LPS something or another) they drag raced the shit out of there LS7 clutches. i know jason had more that 100 passes on his.

LS7 is cheep and will hold that power.

oh and the L99 is a DOD engine for those of you that want more fuel ecno.

and thats all they are. GM already said there will be no Z28 in a release to the dealers, and then a GM engineer i was talking to last week backed that up. the reason is they want to continue with the SS theam being the highest performance model. remember there was no SS 3rd gen, its kinda like that.

good luck on that, all the dealers are slow right now (well we are pretty busy) but other than that everyone is down from last year. we just hired 2 new techs so i can't help you out.
