  1. The photographer owns the copyright unless it is a spelled out work for hire shoot or the photographer signs over the copyright. Generally the photographer should provide things such as a model release and an usage agreement.
  2. Was definitely a great game. Gratz Crew!
  3. If you decide on what size or type you want to do it makes it easier to design for. I would recommend nothing larger than the promo cards you get from clubs.
  4. All that and you couldn't even use the right font. Good work man.
  5. Wow yeah they look great.
  6. I would never rock the pink lights, but you gotta be you man.
  7. Yeah it was a quick and dirty change. I didn't actually brightened anything I only changed the color cast from the mixed light in the whites on a single channel. It looks pink only in parts due to the mixed light and the way it was shot. If you look closely in your original those areas are pink also just not as noticeable. The image below shows some of the various shades of pink pulled directly off the original they are on.
  8. White balance seemed off(?), but it's been a while since I've seen it.
  9. Ugh the index and middle fingers aren't even together. If that's your version of the shocker your women are loose. It's the "pitch fork" from ASU.
  10. The poster Nate is quoting says trillion. "How? Well, the US Govt should issue a $15 Trillion bailout to ALL taxpayers who's AGI is under $2 Million."
  11. I don't think you quite understand how evolution works and survival of the fittest (or natural selection as modern biologist use) isn't a premise of it. Even if you consider survival of the fittest the things you introduce don't apply. That term applies to a more natural state of one affecting another. You can't nuke a continent wiping all of the species on it extinct and call it survival of the fittest. That's irresponsibly destructive and not very mentally fit.
  12. And his testimony is probably permanently ruined. Kids that age are easily influenced by adults. No idea if the kid did or didn't do it, accident or not, but it's sad they didn't take proper care and that what really happened may never be known. Even worse would be the kid ending up not having done it but being scarred from being convinced he did. The interrogators need to be fired.
  13. Except when it comes to the mortgage crisis and the current state the tax payer in general is the reason we are in this position to begin with. Give the average idiot that much cash and we'll get a quick run up and an even worse economy than now to follow.

    My old bike

Sept 28th, last session of the day at Putnam. Yeah my wife's reaction was, "WTF are they serious?"
  15. a) who hasn't been saying that about the automakers. Even congress shot them down and the auto execs had to go and hope for a better response from the House. b) 15 Trillion bailout to tax payers is an insanely stupid idea. Let's try...zero bailout for anyone and let the market work it's self out. Suffer bitches. No one learns their lesson if they get shoveled out of their messes by someone else everytime.
  16. Try not guilty and case dismissed. The kid's "confession" was coerced coming after an hour of interrogation and the police didn't have a child advocate present as required by law.
