I don't think anyone was really meaning to be a smartass. Those colors just aren't THAT unusual. You can even get those plastics from Auctmarts.

Would love to try shooting more cars. I'm up for running out a few times to get some shots. We're close so it wouldn't be much of a problem. I live down near 48 and Spring Valley but work off of Research near County Line.

I kind of like the side exhaust on the 08-09. The one in that pic looks like it might be a Taylormade exhaust.

That sucks. Gravel in corners always makes the butt pucker a bit. Good to hear you and the bike are alright. I'd be pissed if my jacket tore apart like that especially in such a low speed crash. There was an article that came out a while ago that showed textile as being as effective as leathers up to around 80-90MPH. Never been a fan of ICON, but I'd write them and piss a fit if that happened to me.
