Insurance on a dirt bike is dirt cheap, three bucks a month in some cases. That's a small price to pay, not to mention if something happens while on one and your found to be liable for injuries and damages........

+1 The stock pipes on most bikes are high. The stock pipe on the Suzuki 600/750 is around 720.00.

New rules went into effect in March of 2007. For example you can carry in your car on your hip. They did away with the plain sight stipulation. The only drawback to open carry is the fact that people would probably freak out and call the police.
