Joe I have a few stock exhaust housing with unwelded shutters. I might have a few wastegates also. I believe the wastegate is off the O2. Take of wastegate off and see what spring it is. Fuel cut could also be caused by a boost leak.

You'll need a resisitor box if your running them on a honda. And I believe Tindall is correct, I'd go outside and check but its a little cold.

I work at valvoline and the Synpower sucks, same with all our other oils we carry. My manager used to race sprint cars and he was forced to rebuild the motor every 4 runs with Synpower, he switched to amsoil and went 20+ races without wiping out the bearings. I thought mobil wasn't even full synthetic?

What model is your dsm, Fwd, Awd, Auto, Manual? I have a non e-prom fwd 5-speed for a 90. Eprom is only worthly if you plan on going dsmlink or use another type of chip. What elbow are you looking for 2nd gen? With a larger turbo you will definitly need larger injectors plus something to tune with ex. safc or link. What size intercooler are you looking for? With piping or without? I maybe be able to help you out but will need more info, feel free to pm me.

OSU blows, when I played for a team we were all 15-16 (2-3 years ago) and we were makeing OSU look like girls. I played quiet afew places, Pbworld I think was the name was my favorite. I had a DM4 with all the goodies, sold it and bought a car.

Seeing as its going to cost 300+ to get it rebuilt. You could almost buy a new one for the same price, if they were still in business. How many miles are on it? And why does it need rebuilt, shaft play, leaking oil?
