I have had problems with my phones thanks to Time Warner. The shop number 614-340-9616 is working. I usually keep my cell phone in my tool box during the day unless the phones go down.

I've seen these issues before in other makes and models as well. Most of the time it was a issue with the speed sensors and very hard to catch. They wouldn't set a code and would have to watch the data very close. Defiantly something I can look into for you.

The turbo costs between $1300 to $1600 depending on the supplier. You still can use stock injectors and pump. Recommend an after market exhaust.
