Just K Tech rod Bolts. This is what was recommended from a engineer at GM. Suppose to be stronger then ARP. Other then that, the short block is stock. The heads are untouch minus valvesprings. This motor is referred to as a L76. Detuned LS3 from what I gather.

Do a compression test and throw on some good head gaskets and you are good to go.

Keep in mind this is with a stock fuel pump.
