Quack!
what's that all about?
-
Well, I'll take your word for it...and it's a really good job then if it was just primer.
-
very nice...looks even better in person. Keep that bike looking nice! Do you have "before" pics? Tough to rate the job...

Our own Campus Racer is on the main page under "Fast Trax"

those are all 'recommendations' unless you're riding Advanced.
even so, I don't think those are 'high' or unreasonable. If that's all that's stopping you, I'm happy to lend stands/tools/help safety wiring, flushing coolant, or whatever. Just PM me, so I know to bring distilled water, or whatever's appropriate.
Thanks for the offer. I have stands. I have engine ice for the coolant. I just dont have a hole in my drain plug for safety wire.
As for the being high...I'm used to STT's requirements...which are a little more relaxed when it comes to safety wiring.
Ray (BeaveRun photographer, for those who haven't been there) likes to give me shit for it too. scroll all the way down - http://www.pbase.com/ray645/image/112140550/originaland cut me some slack on the pics. that was my first ride of the season and still on my old bike. I also had strict instructions from my (now) wife not to crash 20 days before our wedding...
the Steelers Yamaha might be a good photo-op
I'm more of a "'boo' as you walk by" Browns fan, not a "throw beers at you and make your small children cry" Browns fan. Besides, what real 'debate' could I offer this season?
as a steelers fan, I can appreciate that! I don't hate the browns...I hate Ravens and Bungles more. It's all in fun.

F it, it will prolly rain.

Seems like their bike requirements are high...
We recommend removal of center stands in the novice and intermediate groups, and require removal in the advanced class based on ground clearance issues.
Added for 2008. All advanced groups must safety wire the oil drain plug and oil filter. If your bike has already been drilled for safety wire or is a former used race bike, then safety wire is required.
Lizard, would silicone suffice?

You can get a free race license with this.

I saw that a few people did the fasttrax date at Beave for the same price a while back.
Apex2Apex.net if you want to sign up for this event.
considering I normally pay $170/day to ride Beave, I couldn't really pass this up.
never ridden with apex2apex before, but I'm going to check them out, and their racing school is FREE on 9/4, when you purchase the trackday. why not?
I'll be riding the new (to me) Cleveland Browns Honda in "I" group.
any takers?
Cleveland Browns Honda in Pittsburgh? Good luck!
I have a Pittsburgh Steelers Yamaha...I should play hookie and sign up for this. Hmmm.

Only positive... I don't think that would turn out well.
There should be repercussions if you don't have any redeeming qualities and should get 'voted off the island' as such.
it's only a problem for chics who sign up. Some tool will give her positive rep cause she posted a lame photo of herself in a tank top.
-
Now that's an idea I hadn't thought of... Only positive rep?
Problem with that would be a complete jackass with a few friends on here giving him/her positive rep all the time. There'd be no balance if no one gave them negative rep.
Looks like you need to void this poll and start another with 3 options.
I say changed it to Positive Rep Points only and log the givers name. That will promote friendship
-
just do away with negative reps. can't we all just get along?
-
Then you win. Founder is a pussy - you just need to make the shirt.
True...but a shirt would just remind everyone what they already know!
-
Who took the track first?
I did.
-
But, was he ahead of you for both those laps?
No. We didn't go out at the same time.
-
...and biggest p*ssy award for running two laps and going home.
-
Yeah, sitting in your truck makes it sooo much more enjoyable.
-
Now that I think about it...Lizard was there to WATCH. So he wasn't riding and he didn't bring cornhole boards. Hmmmm.

http://www.playcornhole.org/rules.shtml
See rule number 6 of the official rules. Don't have to get exactly 21.
When you're losing...you institute new rules...especially when no one is checking the real rules.

Team Zorro and Flounder do shaddy math and set up rules as you are about to finish murdering them once again...
Everyone knows you go back to 15 if you exceed 21. Dummy.
-
Hey McLovin.. Were you a ballerina in a prior life because your corn hole form makes me think you spent allot of time "counseling" at a young boys camp.
Cute pirouette by the way when you throw.. I felt a bit like I was at Cirque de Sole
McLovin sucks at cornhole...well, at least this version of cornhole.
Team Zorro and Flounder rule the boards. Putty's lucky he had to leave early.

You'll have to try out our Bluegrass WOW (Wide Open Wednesdays) where we ride 2pm until 8pm for $150... Open track the whole time...
Plus, BG will have FIM approved polymere top and FIM approved paint... Can and will be ridden easily in the wet... and cold...
This track sounds perfect, almost like a dream track. oh wait...does this track even exist yet?!
