Thank you for all the information! My pc is perfect now and STUPID fast with no issues at all. I used a big flash drive to save what I wanted. I then used my XP disk and booted my pc from the CDROM drive in F8. I formatted my HD and started all from scratch. I then used my driver CD and loaded all my needed drivers. Then I got all my 79 updates from microsoft and loaded Comodo firewall and virus scanner. I have a BRAND NEW pc all over again! No more bad sites for me! My shit was corrupted something FIERCE! My malware had malware! I'm going to load "spywareblaster" tonight for extra protection.

I have AVG currently. So you're saying... Send AVG to my new HD that is in the external enclosure and scan everything 1 at a time as I move it over from my old HD that is currently in my PC? I am understanding this right? Do that, then format the old HD before I pull it out. Insert the new one, load a new XP on it, then put the old formatted HD in the enclosure and send my new shit over to it for backup? When do I scan again?

Now If I put my new HD in the enclosure and move the programs I want over to it, it won't move any malicious things to my new HD will it? Such as the crap that is messing up my old one? Ofcourse all I want is all my documents, such as family pictures and 1 video game.

I get the same issues at times Brian. Since then, I've been getting the BSOD(blue screen of death) a lot as well. My computer is fucked up. I've ran Chkdisk uncountable times and another option which I can't remember. Would replacing my motherboard, ran, cpu, hard drive fix it all? I'm wanting to do that soon anyway. I need a new operating system if I don't huh? Format my hard drive and then install new OS? Is that what you're posting BEN?

I voted yes, just because I am thinking of myself.. We all want things to be perfect for the way we want them, but when it comes down to it we need to realize we are not the only ones here. We need to learn how to accept that there are all different walks of life here, with different interests.
