The past 3 days I've seen two like this, an R6 and CBR600rr. The CBR I just noticed tonight about 15 minutes ago on my way home from UDF. There's a guy in my neighborhood who I assume is new to riding because he never had a bike before until this spring. He wears sandals, wife beater, and no protective anything when he's riding so I call him my neighborhood squid. Just saw his bike sitting in the driveway with his right headlight taken out. It wasn't like that last week when I saw it. I am posting this because I saw an R6 this weekend at a stoplight with the EXACT same thing; headlight GONE. Is this some new fad or cool thing posers are into or something? After seeing 2 in 3 days it had me wondering if any of you have seen it?

Probably because of the simplicity of removing the rotors. Someone who does this is most likely not your best mechanic I'm guessing. They'd have to deal with the fluid and shit too. But as posted earlier it is more for looks and not performance. You can see my wheels better now brah. This.

I just want to kick those bastards. I hate bikers that don't go the speed limit, especially when they're in a group slowing up EVERYONE and creating a big line behind them.

Not many will though because of the safety issues of it. The caliper is on there because it mounts there. You don't need to remove those. I also thought it was shopped as well, but was told wrong on another site that has seen people post their pictures of it done and that they were doing it.

Group ride = FAIL I'd take it more seriously inviting people for rides and then never updating them. People will never take your rides seriously if you do this a lot.

Yeah, racing type speeds I can see, but a regular 20" neighborhood riding/city kid I'm all against. We are all going to live in a bubble someday.

Wow! I don't know anyone that wore a helmet when riding a bicycle. If the kid is learning...sure...but I'm not for them when they're just having fun on their BMX riding around their neighborhood. I use to ride wheelies, ride no handed, ride crazy trails, jump shit all with no helmet. Oh boy...they have made little boys girls these days with the girly bicycle helmet I guess. Thanks law making nerds!
