Good info,I had no clue about the BSI ECR rating! I haven't looked at the MotoSeries rulebook lately,but I remember it saying it had to meet Snell 2005 specification,not sure if it states any other ratings.

I agree that with earplugs at the track,wind noise doesn't matter !

I was at IP last Saturday afternoon looking at helmets for 2 hours! I should also mention that my new lid must be Snell approved. I checked out the KBC Laguna helmet,it looks amazing,but I'm pretty sure it wasn't Snell approved.

Long story short! When I bought my Shoei,I wanted an Arai,but my wife wanted us to have matching helmets,and as you can guess,the Shoei fit her better. I won't be choosing a helmet because it fits her better !!! Lesson learned !

Just as I thought ! I figured HJC couldn't be all that bad cuz Pegram wears one,but I do agree,the RS-1 is bad-ass !

I'm in the market for a new helmet. I really like the Bell RS-1 but the price of the HJC's are almost to good to pass up.

Let me just say that when I go to bike night's,most bikes are HD. I get a ton of HD riders checking out my Buell,to the point where some were even on the ground checking out the motor and suspension.

My Buell's a HD,well kind of ! It even sounds like one just ask Al z Heimer! If you want HD,buy one !

Come to find out the the clutch side was way low,I'd say about half of what was in the right fork. Do you guys think that would cause the rebound problem I had at PIRC when Steve was checking my rebound?
