Ackbar can you get a phone #/email off this guy?
Seems like a good deal just for the motor/trans no?
-
GM guys- that trans is ECU controlled right? I assume it would NOT work without the ECU/harness correct?
-
I see the compressor on it-AC work?
Partial trades?
-
Is this a watered down version? I tried looking up the dash harness for a 93 Colt and its not there?
-
i dont agree with either side but the cop put his leg/ foot in front of the car, as soon as the guy started the engine. the guy started moving and the cop moved his foot out of the way. then the cop deliberately positioned his foot right under the tire, maybe thinking his foot would make a good wheel chock
The point you are missing is, even if the cop did not move once fucking inch where where he initially was, the car would have has to hit him to get out of being parallel parked. Its not like there was a wide open pasture in-front of the guy and the cop lept in front of the car- the guy is PARALLEL PARKED in New York! He would have had to run over the cop, and run though a few Taxis to "escape" the situation.
The guy is a tard, plain and simple. Anyone that is arguing otherwise has to be trolling.
-
Correct, and when it was parked the cop wasn't in front of it, so he was SAFE. When the car starts moving, and cop gets in front of it, it is no longer PARKED, it is MOVING. He steps in front of a MOVING car.
I have highlighted your vocabulary words, please study them and then respond.
You would get laughed out of court if this was your argument.
Do you honestly thing D Wiggs cousin should get off here? Really?
-
Yes, if you step in front of a moving car you are a fucking moron.
The car was parked.
Try again.
-
The cop put himself in front of the car after it started moving. .
The cop has the right to stand where the fuck he wants.
What is YOU were crossing the street- and this spoiled puck ran you over leaving from that spot. Are you at fault since you were "in his way" ?
-
America- FUCK YEAH

I've owned a somewhat powerful luxury car with an auto transmission ('93 Mark VIII), hated it.
HolyFrijoles!!!!- did you just compare a 93 Mark VIII to a CTS-V??????? :dumb:
WOW. No words...
-
Nate when are you back in town?
-
I put together my first 13b when I was 15, and back then I said "Why cant you just keep bolting these freaking things together????"
It needs a GT55, then its full of win.

THE COLT v2.0
in Passing Lane
Posted
After being asked 497120342134 times to build another, I was happy to save a clean local chassis that was one foot in the grave.

I am going to toss it together with parts I have laying around collecting dust. I should have all of no money into the thing after its all said an done-I am confident I have enough junk laying around to put it together.

Next to its TDB brother-an 85 RX-7 picked up a few weeks earlier. That will be the long term-winter deal.
This wont be the Busa slayer the old Colt was (for now) but should provide fun for the rest of the season. Making the shootout is a maybe- but with no time between the work, a weekend trip to "The AC" coming up, and not having a motor together, it may not be likely. We will see! Stay tuned to see what parts I dig up for her.
